Sleek Modern & contemporary décor complements the luxurious Apartment. Located on the first floor a Cozy Specious Master Bedroom with queen bed & queen Murphy bed with private master bathroom, Luxurious Master bathroom includes a Large double sinks and shower tub, the second bedroom outfitted with 1 queen bed to comfortably accommodate 2 people, 2nd bathroom is spacious with large vanity and tub, bathrooms have all necessities, clean spa-quality towels, hair dryer. It has a bright open-concept kitchen, dining and living room, The Living room is perfect for Hosting, cooking & dining, elegant dining-room table with 6 chairs. All gorgeous laminate and tile floors, Its cozy sunny bright, comfortable home, very beautiful and clean. You will have your own nice patio with wonderful outside seating areas Located in the heart of the beautiful friendly Rockville - Derwood (Shay Grove Metro) area, 2.5 miles from Shady-Grove Metro and 5 miles from Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. As soon as this apartment was finished, I instantly fell in love with it. Its location near Needwood Lake and golf course is perfect, situated in a fantastic and safe neighborhood. It also offers convenient access to all amenities, such as the nearby Shady-Grove metro on the redline. Moreover, the apartment meets all the requirements and desires on your Wishlist, particularly in terms of space, lighting, and design. The overall look and feel of this apartment are truly exceptional.
