exactly as pictured! everything you need - communication great with property mgr - we enjoyed the home and the back yard space as well as fishing. house was clean and well stocked.

Great little house

Yard and outside area is fantastic, house was very clean and well provisioned. Easy instructions for TV and various light switches. Would definitely recommend this property.

The place was perfect from the inside to the outside. We utilized every part of the house.

Plenty of parking, property well lit st night. Fridge welcomed us with water and soda. Candy. Plenty of towels, dishes, room to move around for 6 adults. Comfortable beds, clean house.

Great riverfront experience

A group of fishing buddies rented this house for a weekend trip. It was great. The house was clean with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and an awesome river front patio with outdoor living space. We brought a boat down and the driveway was large enough to pull the boat in on the trailer and maneuver the rig around. While we didn’t leave the boat at the dock overnight due to the tides, it was great to be able to pull up to the house. Overall a great experience!

Near all the sites in Jax

Very clean & nicely decorated property. Lots of towels, pillows, & washcloths. Wish I would’ve found the salt & pepper shakers before our last day! Also wish there would have been a bit of olive oil for cooking and a better spatula for frying eggs. Nice to have coffee filters on hand as well as plenty of paper towels. The view out the back is phenomenal! Having cable TV was nice- was able to watch live games. And an earlier than usual check-in time made us choose this house over others. Will stay here again.

Best VRBO in Jacksonville!

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this home. It is a well equipped home that is very comfortable and sparkling clean. The view of the river and the outdoor space make this home such a retreat. Hosts respond quickly. Our favorite home to visit when in Jacksonville! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We were a group of six adults in need of a place to stay in the Jacksonville area with a very special friend who was seeking treatment for cancer at the Mayo Clinic. Arlington met our needs perfectly. What a wonderful, quiet, peaceful place for us. The home is absolutely lovely. The outside patio and dock area are marvelous. This home is far enough from the beach to avoid all the commercial traffic and noise while at the same time close enough to enjoy the beach. Julie was great to work with!! I hope to come back to Arlington again for a real vacation.

Fabulous Property!

The house is spacious, clean, fully stocked, and nicely finished. We are planning to stay again next year. The outdoor area is incredible! Lots of seating. There is ample parking and the grounds are well kept.

We loved the place, everything about it. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, had many amenities, stocked generously. There was nothing to complain about. Fun on the river with a great patio out back. We were very happy & satisfied! Thanks a million to the owners!!

Lovely property

This house is beautiful inside and the outdoor areas were amazing. The house is very centrally located but the views make you feel like you are further out of town. The neighbors were also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Great house and fantastic backyard

The house is very clean and well equipped. The wifi works well and the beds are comfortable. Everything looks new and extra clean. It is a lovely house with fantastic water views out the back. We really enjoyed staying here and will stay again if we come back to Jax.

Mahjong weekend for old friends

More than we could have asked for. We felt we were in 5 star hotel. Beautiful calming waterfront with delectable cuisines almost at finger tip. PS don’t use post mates for food delivery ... 1.5 hours and cold ramen. :(

We absolutely love this place

This was the best VRBO home I’ve ever been to. I will definitely book it again when I come to visit my son that is stationed in JAX. It’s absolutely beautiful and well worth the money.

Quick trip to Jacksonville

One of our favorite VRBOs ever. Second time staying here and would’ve booked more but wasn’t available. Close to everything we need... shopping, restaurants, and family in San Marco. Awesome decor and such a treat to watch activity on the river.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house interior is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and very well equipped. The sleeping arrangements (“Sleeps 6”) assumes two guest per queen bed (no pullout couch) so plan accordingly. The back yard/patio/grill/dock are all very nice!

Perfect getaway with rural setting on Pottsburg creek yet very convenient to downtown. We have stayed several times and can't wait to come back.
