Cortez 507 the perfect beach getaway spot for your whole family. Offering multiple balconies, two bedroom suites with King beds and bathroom soaking tubs, and a third bedroom with a Queen over King bunk bed. The spacious living room space includes a grand kitchen, and large sofa sleeper.

The main balcony opens up incredible views, detailed with two chaise lounge chairs and an upholstered sofa seating area. The truly modern kitchen has it all, with full appliances, cookware, large counter and additional seating. Her you will also find a laptop for checking emails. Etc. The living room has a massive sectional sofa that converts to a bed, and a wall mounted TV. The dining table provides great views by the balcony windows.

The first bedroom has its own personal balcony, King bed, TV, dresser, and walk in closet. The attached bathroom is elegantly done up in granite, with a mirrored double sink vanity, separate shower, and a large bath tub with window views. The second bedroom is also a suite, with a King bed, dresser, walk in closet, and its own bathroom. There is a convenient built in bar area as well as its own balcony. The bathroom also has a bath tub with a separate shower, and double sink vanity.

Bedroom three has a bunk bed that is a Queen over King sized bed. There is a dresser and TV, with a hall bathroom.

Don’t use Casago

Overall, the condo and Location was amazing. But I didn’t realize that an outside rental company was managing the property which made it difficult to check in and use the Facility at the property. It made simple things like getting extra towels. charging things to your room very difficult.

Great getaway

All was great, maybe just the fact that you have to go elsewhere to do the check in and some employees at the Resort where reluctant to assist as soon as they saw our bracelets this was mainly in the reception down at the pools staff was great. Otherwise all went smooth we did have to can for the air-conditioning and that was promply taken care of. Traveling with Tweens and/or Teens? Read This.

We are frequent visitors to Las Palomas, as this has been our preferred property on Sandy Beach since Phase 1 was built many years ago; however, this is the first time we've rented at this property via Casago and there are a couple things to be aware of: 1) Check in is in town, NOT the property. 2) You cannot get towels or charge to your room with the wristbands provided. 3) The Host Fees are incredibly high. This condo is perfectly-sized for a family and the kitchen is well-stocked. The location is fantastic. Furnishings are as-expected. The maintenance issues we encountered (wi-fi issues, the leaking refrigerator in the suite and the leaking toilet in the hall bathroom were immediately addressed by the property manager), but if you're traveling with kids, you should know: 1) The remotes for the TVs in all the bedrooms DO NOT function with the streaming services. We bought the only Roku we could find in Rocky Point to pass between the kids so they could stream on the bedroom TVs. 2) There is NO wifi service in the guest suite. You will see a router connection dedicated to that suite, but don't waste your time with it - it is not connected. 3) The living room TV does not stay connected to the internet and the only TV with streaming will go down. You'll have to call the property manager to get it reconnected. The wifi and streaming issues were not a big deal to us parents, but the tweens and teens were annoyed, which annoyed us. Just be aware so you can prepare.
