The Saturday night noise from the street/bars/restaurants made it difficult to sleep. They provided a noise machine, but it wasn’t enough. The loft itself was adorable and well decorated.

Location, location, location

This place was great. Easy check-in, host was responsive, the property was spotless and it was right in the heart of Old Town - an easy stroll to restaurants and shops. My son is attending CSU and we're planning to rent again during our next visit

We loved the space and location. Only issue was no coffee for the coffee machine. And needed more accurate parking information.This is a gem! And we want to come back as soon as we can. Ideal!

Fabulous loft. Fabulous location. Fabulous communication with Bobby!We really did love everything about our stay. The location put us close to friends, family, Denver and the RMNP. Plus everything Ft Collins has to offer is just steps away. The loft is clean & comfy. Sure, there’s some street noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The coffee shop downstairs had the best coffee we had all week! Parking is conveniently just around the corner & budget friendly. Lots of dining, shopping, treats & nightcaps are mere steps away. Thanks, Bobby, for providing the perfect location for our trip. Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at the loft! It was clean, modern, nicely decorated and it was the perfect location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring downtown. From shopping to food to coffee to bars, the downtown location had it all.

Perfect Place to stay

The location can't be beat! Even on one of the busiest weekends of the year we always found parking within a block behind the main street. Apartment was great - had everything we needed - the beds were comfortable. Really a great value. We'd definitely stay there again.

A Little Gem in Ft Collins

Perfect location/walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants in downtown Ft Collin. Very clean and well kept property. Big bonus… coffee shop just downstairs!

Great central Ft Collins loft

Loved our stay. Beautiful loft, comfy beds, right in the center of town. Definitely more for adults and you have to haul your stuff up a ling flight of stairs as there is no secure parking.

Great place in a great location! Adorable coffee shop right downstairs and ice cream right next door! Ear plugs came in handy, especially on Friday and Saturday night. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location

Perfect for walking around old town and enjoying all the different breweries and bars. Short walk to Odell and New Belgium breweries and also to CSU. We had 4 adults and fit comfortably. Would stay there again if we come back to Fort Collins.

Second time staying and it was great yet again

If you’re looking to stay in the heart of Old Town, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance, including CSU’s campus. There is a parking deck two blocks away. The place is clean, spacious enough for four or more and well laid out.

Fun, central downtown location

This is a lovely little loft, perfect for people interested in being out and about while in FoCo. The parking situation is not ideal, however, we were able to make it work with little to no struggle.
