Just a few steps from the sand, this tastefully decorated unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and lagoon style pool. The master en suite features its own entertainment center and luxury tub. A separate bunk room features, twin-size bunk beds, and flat-screen TV.

The great room which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico has a queen-size deluxe sleeper sofa and its own entertainment center. Living room furniture updated 2023. The unit comes with free Wi-Fi and Direct TV. Several family games and DVDs are in the unit.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities as well as a Keurig coffee maker (drip coffee maker also available), a Breville toaster oven, a large party blender and bar tools, and glasses. The unit also contains a stackable washer/dryer.

This unit is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

I've been trying to communicate with the owner regarding a refund. We had to leave immediately after we found live roaches. This unit is in remarkable disrepair. The flooring is in poor condition and separating. creating a fabulous trip hazard with food in the crevices if you decide to stay down after the fall. The appliances are dirty and rusted on the outside. The microwave over the range doesn't work. They didn't bother to replace it. They just put another one on the counter. But ultimately we had to leave immediately when we found roaches running around near the beds and the bathroom. Causing another rental fee for the week. I would not rent this unit from this owner or V501. owner has gone silent after my attempts to reconcile the gross misrepresentation of the unit.

Condition of property was not great. Overall not clean, floor coming up in kitchen, 3 outlets in kitchen didnt work, and ac would not cool below 77 degrees ... pics available
