A little more subdued than its glitzier neighbour, Glyfada and Voula, Vouliagmeni offers just that right amount of buzz.

If a day in the centre of Athens is in your plans, it is only a 30’ drive (45’ tram ride) and apart from the endless beach options, a trip along the coast to Sounio is definitely worth the 40’ drive. You will be rewarded with the sight of the magnificent 2,500 year old Temple of Poseidon overlooking the Aegean Sea.
