Personal home gym included with Peloton* (Must have your own peloton membership) Spacious home office with dual desks for working remote!
You'll have your toes in the sand in 5 mins or less! Toast your evenings at sunset on the beach. Home is located on the north end of Longboat Key, just minutes from Coquina Public Beach on Anna Maria Island, Shore restaurant, Mar Vista, and many other favorites local spots! Screened in Lanai or open air third floor balcony!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Our family has enjoyed the gulf beaches for many years now. From Clearwater to Ft Myers. We love this home in longboat key for its proximity to the white sand beach and crystal blue water! We can access Anna Maria in a short ride or drive south to St Armand’s circle. But returning “home” to this sleepy lagoon and quiet neighborhood after a day at the beach warms our souls!

Norton Place in Sleepy Lagoon is a quiet retreat. You'll have all the gulf waters have to offer and the privacy of your own home. Plenty of beds and baths for guests, cool pool on the first level with an elevated hot tub on the main level.
