Location was great, RIGHT on Flagler and short walk to the beach and the room setup was great for the family trip. Unfortunately the volleyball court was in complete shambles, totally overgrown with grass and weeds and nowhere near as pictured in the property listing and was one of the reasons I had booked the property. I have to object a bit to the cleanliness as well... When we arrived there was a ton of hair on the floor in the master bathroom and on the toilet seat. The drain was broken in the master bathroom so we had to just use a plastic pitcher while we were trying to give our 1-year-old a bath. Also because of the number of stairs I would just advise against bringing toddlers to the property unless you pack your own baby gate. I was surprised to find there was not one available and we struggled constantly to keep our adventurous little one safe. The beds were all comfortable, however the master smelled a little funny and frustratingly every night the fitted sheet would slip off while we were sleeping and the nastiness hiding on the mattress underneath was something to behold. The neighbors were also total jerks and parked their cars perpendicular to their parking spots to intentionally block the drive so the only way to unload all our stuff was to back-in up the exit. The dryer took FOREVER to dry a couple towels so we didn't feel comfortable trying to do laundry at the facility. Full disclosure: we did get dinged for not following check out procedures (the em

Family Beach Weekend

We are a long time Myrtle Beach timeshare family, but decided to try something new this year. We loved it so much we are already booking it again for next year. We are big fans of NSB and finding a place next to the beach as well as Flagler is a must. This place checked off all the boxes. We even had some family stay at the near by hotel and it was so close.

Family Wedding and Thanksgiving

4 bedrooms and 4 baths on the beach and walking distance to all the shops food joints the locals love was perfect. Steps to the beach we caught multiple Sun Rises and a SpaceX launch. Great communication with property folks. Easy in and out. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great week.

Last minute getaway

We were supposed to stay at Anna Marie island but the hurricane changed that so I found this place last minute and we all loved it. Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything. We had a great time and we loved or stay.

Right by the beach

The location was fabulous! We walked to the beach every day! It was also only one block from famous Flagler avenue so it was easy to walk to get ice cream or shop. We were very grateful that the house had great A/C! The house was very clean!

Second Visit as good as the First

We stayed in this same unit five years ago and loved the split level accommodations and proximity and walkability to everything so of all the other options in town, we decided to come back and are so glad we did!! So many restaurants and shops nearby but far enough that noise was never an issue. Everyone has their own space. Myself and the younger children upstairs, grandparents on the middle floor and the older teens downstairs. The unit has all the necessities for cooking and dining as well as all your beach needs. (Boogie boards, chairs and plenty of towels). If/when there is another trip in our future, we won’t even look anywhere else, we know where we’ll stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely Amazing

This Townhouse was absolutely perfect!! More than enough room for 8 adults and 1 child. Perfect location for the beach, all the beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here and will absolutely be back if in Daytona again!!

Excellent property very near both the beach and Flagler Ave

Our group of eight adults shared this property for a week. The location could not have been any better for what we were looking for, as it was very near both the beach and Flagler Avenue. The property was well equipped with kitchenware if you wanted to stay in, but it was also within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. When we booked the property it was listed as having just 3 bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised to find there were actually 4 bathrooms, so none of the couples in our group had to share a bathroom or shower. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is very close to the beach. Very dirty and worn, needs some TLC and would be a gem. One beach chair only for a house this large, broken toaster oven and no remotes worked.

Another Amazing Adventure

This is our fourth time staying at this beautiful property and I’m so happy to say it did not disappoint! From beginning to end our stay was perfect in every way. This beautiful beachfront town home is owned by my personal friends who take great care in furnishing and maintaining their vacation property. I consider it one of my absolute finest rentals: Direct oceanfront, spacious, clean, open floor plan, sleeps up to 10;

I communicate with hundreds of vacationers and it seems we're always forced to decide between being close to town or being close to the beach. This property is by far the best opportunity to have both! You can literally park your car in the driveway and leave it there the entire week, and still not have time to eat at all the restaurants that are within easy walking distance, before your check out. And of course, there is nothing better than walking up from the beach to your own freshwater showers and a cold drink in the fridge, all within in a couple of minutes!

What tops this off as a perfect rental property is the way it has been furnished, as if you just stepped into the pages of Southern Living or Beach Life magazine! The pictures say it all, and you will not be disappointed. Just be sure to book for your return trip next year right away because once this place gets discovered, the schedule will surely be filled with repeat visitors!
