Located in midtown Omaha this condo is walking distance to several different restaurants and bars. You are 5-7 minutes from the Old Market, Blackstone, CHI Arena, & Charles Schwab Field. We have 2 free parking passes available and Ubers/Lyfts are never far away. We are only 5 miles from the airport. Our patio overlooks Turner park for jazz on the green and other concerts. In addition, there’s a view of the Omaha skyline which is great for seeing the sunrise, sense, and fireworks!!

Wonderful stay!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here! I would definitely recommend! The heated floors in the bathrooms were definitely are favorite part, that and the couch! We felt very secure in the building as well!

Will definitely stay here again when I return to Omaha. Host was very communicative and we loved the view. Convent for us to get around. Very clean and they had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable too which for us was a huge plus! Highly recommend!

Great Visit

Perfect place to accommodate us on a wedding weekend. Love the vibe of the place and the location was perfect for what we needed. Wedding was at the Omar and was only a 5 minute drive. Would definitely come back to this listing.

What a unique accommodation option! Great two bedroom / two bathroom set up with a creative and interesting layout in a historic building. Close to everything - getting around was so easy. A great experience - we would stay again!

Great Condo in Great Location

We were just in town for one night, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. The condo was updated, clean, roomy and had great views. It is located just 5 min from downtown and very easy to get to. Follow the owners instructions about the hot water in the showers :) We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean condo with everything you need for your stay. Quiet. Due to extreme cold, it was a bit chilly with the large balcony door, but space heaters and throw blankets, to stay cozy. Heated bathroom floors were a bonus. Would stay again.

We came for a graduation weekend and loved the place itself. Mikayla was an outstanding host with great communication. The area around the building is a mess with construction and the building itself is a lot older than it appeared in the listingAll that said, we would stay there again at our next chance. 100%

Highly recommend

We stayed overnight for our daughter’s graduation. The condo was clean, well-stocked & perfect for us. Mikayla was very responsive to questions. We walked to dinner & then enjoyed the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine. Next time we’re back in Omaha we’ll definitely try to stay here.

My husband I met in college at UNL. We decided to move to Omaha after graduation and bought this condo in 2018. We made this our home until April 2024. We love the area so much that we only moved a mile away. We hope to share all the great things this area has to offer.

With only 8 units on the 9th floor, it's quiet and secure. Each floor of this iconic Omaha building is accessible by key fob only. Our balcony overlooks Turner park for jazz on the green and other concerts. In addition, there’s a view of the Omaha skyline which is great for seeing the sunrise, sense, and fireworks!!
