Welcome to our Beach House, a beautifully designed coastal retreat on a beach block in the quieter north end of Seaside Heights! Enjoy ocean and bay views, glowing sunsets, and nightly fireworks right from your rooftop deck and multiple outdoor spaces.

Just steps from the ocean beach entrance, calm bay sunset beach (perfect for kids), playground, outdoor workout park, and a large open field, this home is perfectly set up for easy, memorable summer stays.

Sleeps 12 comfortably across 5 bedrooms plus flexible bonus spaces—ideal for multiple families or group getaways.

Beautiful house with so much space to host a nice family weekend at the beach! Amy- the host was responsive and helpful! Beach chair, wagons, decks with comfy furniture, backyard, more than we can ask for! Would love to come back next summer!

Shore Vacation

Despite the weather we had a great time at the shore! There was plenty to do in the house when the rain did not allow us to venture out. What a great clean property to enjoy a summer vacation!

Amazing stay by the shore

This shore house was perfect for our big family. We had an amazing Labor Day stay, the place was spotless, there were bikes and board games for the kids, lots of beach chairs and event a tent. Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Host is very responsive and got back to me so quickly and accommodated us with so many things we needed during our stay. 100% lions hold recommend this place!

July 4th Family Week

We stayed here the week of 4th of July. The host left little gifts for the kids and glow bracelets for the 4th! Communication was consistent from the time of booking through the end of the trip. Any questions were immediately answered and they even sent us some ideas of stuff to do in the area. We hope to be able to rent this location yearly!

Family Friendly Funtabulous House

This house is equipped with everything required to make your vacation perfect! From the fully equipped kitchen to the family friendly game room and multiple lounging areas. The location is perfect for kids as well, walking distance to the boardwalk and one block from an amazing playground with equipment suitable for all ages. We all loved our experience and everyone took photos of the pillows to purchase for home!!! The beds are dreamy as well! We will Return!

Welcome to Seafin Shores Beach House—our Jersey Shore escape, created for easy beach days, good company, and the kind of summer memories that stick with you.

We’re a family who loves the shore and we built this home with one idea in mind: a place where family and friends can come together, relax, and just enjoy being together—no stress, no schedule, just good times.

We created this space to entertain and welcome families and friend groups who are here for the same thing we are—quality time, shared meals, laughter, and long days that turn into even better nights. Think island time, Jimmy Buffett energy, barefoot mornings, sunset rooftops, and “let’s just stay a little longer” evenings.

Most days here are simple in the best way—walk to the ocean, hang at the bay, ride bikes around the island, and wrap it all up with boardwalk lights or sunset views from the rooftop.

We love sharing our home, and we hope it becomes the backdrop for your own family traditions, reunions, and summer stories for years to come.
