This villa offers a haven where you and your guests can unwind amidst gentle breezes and breathtaking views. This clean and attractive villa has attractive decor & furnishings for one to fully enjoy.

- Private, southwest-facing lanai overlooking the 4th fairway and Kings Lake, offering stunning views of Hualalai and captivating sunsets
- Fully equipped kitchen boasts black quartz counters and high-end stainless steel appliances
- Smart TVs in each room, central AC, and high ceilings and doors enhance comfort and luxury
- Primary bedroom with Cali-king size bed; ensuite bath with a deep soaker tub, marble counters, dual vanities, glass-enclosed shower, and private commode
- Second bedroom features its own king size bed and conveniently located adjacent full bath

Fairway Villas includes elevator access, and is a non-smoking property with no pets allowed.

A fantastic, get away!

we love the property with its easy access to so many of the beautiful parts of the big island. We felt at home and had all the things we needed to have a restful amazing trip.

Great Location

Condo was a great location, close to restaurants, Grocery stores and even the theatre. Condo is well equipped with cooking needs.

Peaceful vacation base

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay almost exclusively in vacation rentals because I am a light sleeper and can't sleep in many hotels. I slept like a baby in this condo! It was quiet during the night with people walking about during the day. It is walkable to Queens and Kings markets which have cute stores and restaurants. It's also walkable to A-Bay, but there is a ton of easy parking so we drove. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was clean and people were friendly. We found the condo to actually be nicer than it looks in the photos. When we did have an issue, the rental company was quick to address and we went about our vacation. If you are looking for a quiet, clean homebase that has walkable stores and restaurants to visit the island- this is it. TIP- make reservations to walk to dinner there were long waits for those trying to walk in. Also the grocery store in Queens Marketplace has better prices, great sandwiches and good produce.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: He had a wonderful 9 day stay in this villa. The location is perfect! Walking distance to shopping/food/groceries. I walk to Island Vintage coffee every morning and get hot lunch or breakfast at queens market. The property is well kept and felt like we were at a resort. The property itself is clean ans spacious for our family of 5 (kids are 8, 10, & 15 yrs. old). Well equipped and clean. Complete with beach chairs, mat, cooler, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and would go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at the Fairway Villas! We love the location and proximity of the shops and dining options. Quiet property, relaxing pool and beautiful grounds. This was our first time renting through Knutson and Associates and our first stay in this particular unit. They are by far one of the best companies we’ve rented through. They have very thorough check in instructions and are extremely easy to get communicate with. Simple questions were answered quickly via text and they even followed up to make sure any issues were resolved. We’ve rented a lot in the past on the BI and other islands and I’m very impressed with their communication. The unit itself was well stocked with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Kitchen had everything you needed for meals in, plenty of beach gear and towels. Overall our stay was very comfortable! Looking forward to return visits!
