Enjoy this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo just half a block from the world-famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. Featuring an open floor plan, full kitchen, living area with a sleeper sofa, and king bedroom, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. Lounge by the pool, stroll to Siesta Key Village's shops and restaurants, or explore nearby Sarasota's dining, arts, and outdoor activities. This unit is sure to be a lovely Gulf Holiday that will have you returning year after year!

The Location:
- 0.1 Miles to Beach Access at Sunset Pier
- 0.2 Miles to Siesta Key Village

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

There was a great view of the beach from the porch. The location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants.

The little condo was great for the two of us. Very clean and well thought out. Loved the pool, location and the sun room with an Ocean View!!

This property is just as it was described. It was perfect for my husband and I. You have an ocean view from the patio. It is great to sit out there and listen to the waves. I used this area to work everyday and it was perfect. You’re steps away from the beach and a short walk to The Village. It is super clean with clear instructions on how to find everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location walking distance to everything. We are more about location than amenities. The staff was very nice. The room itself is very basic and minimalist. No beach towels, only one extra thin blanket, no beach umbrellas, no ventahood over the cooktop…learned that the hard way :) Regardless, the room was clean and everything worked. We would stay there again but would opt for a nicer place if available. I would recommend this place for sure solely based on its location. You can walk to the beach or the best places on the key in 2 - 5 minutes.
