Be among the first to vacation with us at our completely renovated upstairs back apartment in South Rehoboth on New Castle St. Just completed May 2024 - this unit provides you the luxury stay while being walking and biking distance to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Our rental features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and ample storage. You'll also enjoy the beach breeze on large deck just off the living room.
Downstairs is completely renovated as well, and is available to book, which would provide you with 4 total bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
There is a separate laundry room on the first floor with a private entrance the both upstairs and downstairs will have access to.

There is no off-street parking available, but there will be 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit available to you during your stay.
No pets are permitted.

Bedding - 1 Queen and 2 Singles.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $125.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
