Brand new pet friendly studio located only 7-10 mins to downtown Nashville, BNA, and many of the city's top attractions including Broadway, Top Golf, & Country Music Hall of Fame! We cant wait to host your getaway to Music City!



This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a queen size bed w/ a memory foam mattress and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked as well with a complimentary coffee bar.



*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access. Management will be available if needed.



The Neighborhood:

We are conveniently located only 7 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to the airport. There are also several parks and green spaces nearby, including Cumberland River Greenway, Hadley Park, and Centennial Park, which offer opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.
