The Bears Den is located in the beautiful Rivergrass community adjacent to Blue Mountain. Ideal location for those who want to park their car and walk to all amenities at Blue Mountain such the ski hills, hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and activities.

Rivergrass offers a outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months, and a year round hot tub for guests to use during your stay.

The Space:
The Bears Den is a recently updated unit located on the second floor with a private exterior entrance. The unit sleeps 8 and features two bedrooms on the main floor. One with a queen bed and the other with a Queen Bunk Bed. There is a bathroom on the main floor with a shower / tub combo. Go up the stairs and you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed, TV with log into your own Netflix along with an ensuite bathroom with a spacious stand up shower.

The open concept main area is perfect for hanging out and entertaining with your entire group. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course out the large floor to ceiling windows. Head outside to the patio where the gorgeous views of the golf course extend and relax or BBQ your next meal.

** The pool must remain closed due to a migratory bird nest that cannot be moved.. The Migratory Bird Act prohibits relocating the nest or disturbing the birds, with significant fines for violations. Visitors are requested to avoid the pool area during the closure. The hot tub will remain open and available during this period **

The Rivergrass amenities are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of two locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by beautiful walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.

Getting Around:
Blue Mountain Village is within a 7 minute walk, 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

** Pool towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own for the pool or hot tub **
