The Space:

Raccoon Ridge is a spacious second-floor retreat that comfortably sleeps up to six guests, offering comfort, style, and beautiful views across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.



The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, a private ensuite with a stand-up shower, and sweeping views of the golf course and surrounding ski hills. The second bedroom is generously sized and includes two Queen beds, making it perfect for families or groups. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is ideal for families traveling with little ones.



The open-concept living area is designed for gathering and relaxation. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy them together at the dining table, and then unwind by the cozy gas fireplace while watching cable or streaming your favorite shows on Netflix. When the weather is right, step outside onto the private patio and take in the beautiful views of the ski hills.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. This unit backs onto the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is within a 7 minute walk, 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.
