Rivergrass offers a outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months, and a year round hot tub for guests to use during your stay.

The Space:
Raccoon Ridge a second floor unit that sleeps 6 between 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed with views of the golf course and ski hills with a private ensuite bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed. There is a queen pullout bed that sleeps 2 in the living room. The second bathroom has a shower / bath tub combo perfect for those with small children.

The main living area is great for entertaining and hanging out with your group. The full size kitchen allows you to cook meals with ease and move to the dining table. Feel free to cozy up and enjoy the gas fireplace and TV with cable and log into your own Netflix. In those nicer months, and hang out on the private patio with views of the ski hills.

** The pool must remain closed due to a migratory bird nest that cannot be moved.. The Migratory Bird Act prohibits relocating the nest or disturbing the birds, with significant fines for violations. Visitors are requested to avoid the pool area during the closure. The hot tub will remain open and available during this period **

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. This unit backs onto the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.

Getting Around:
Blue Mountain Village is within a 7 minute walk, 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

** Pool towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own for the pool or hot tub **
