The Space:

Located just across the street from the walking path to the beach (4 minutes) this home is close to the beach, beautifully updated, and has spectacular on site amenities. On the top level, you will find a beautiful kitchen that is fully stocked with everything the chef of your family needs to whip up delicious meals. A dining table that seats 10 and 4 additional island barstools provide plenty of room for everyone to dine together. Or enjoy your meals al fresco on the porch at the picnic table and deck seating. A bonus loft room includes a computer desk and table for 4. Relaxing into a good book or movie is easy in the comfortable living room. A primary king bedroom with an ensuite full bath rounds out this level.



On the mid level you will find 4 bedrooms immaculately decorated to set the coastal ambience for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. The bunk room and separate queen bedroom share a hall bath, perfect for a family with young ones! All 4 rooms have deck access so you can wake up to the sunrise or enjoy fresh air right from your room!



In the downstairs family room you will find a kitchenette for easy storage of additional snacks and drinks, a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a TV and plenty of seating. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
