After booking online, you will receive an email from Point Forward Hospitality to confirm your reservation. Check your spam/junk folder and add Point Forward Hospitality to your email whitelist if you do not see our emails.

Unit access and check-in information will be emailed from Reservations at Point Forward Hospitality. Check-in is remote, and instructions will be emailed within 7 days prior to arrival.

The Tennis Village Condominiums at Wapato Point is the best place in Lake Chelan to spend your vacation! Your upper-floor with deck condo is located within walking distance to the lake and downtown Manson – about 10 minutes north of downtown Chelan. You have easy access to beautiful waterfront parks/beaches, several wineries, and all the amenities that Wapato Point Resort has to offer.

Offering a spacious resort-like experience in a serene waterfront setting, guests at the Tennis Condominiums have full access to all the year-round Wapato Point amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. For outdoor activities, Wapato Point Resort features numerous docks and beaches, making it uniquely suited for boating, paddleboarding, and swimming in Lake Chelan. Tennis is, of course, available, and pickleball courts have recently been adapted. Those who prefer outdoor pools are all set, as there is a private outdoor pool and hot tub alongside the condominiums, available only to guests of these condominiums. A recreation Kiosk is located along the beach, where a variety of equipment rentals are available to all resort guests. Those who like to stay dry enjoy mini golf, the playground, relaxing around the firepit, or walking around the 100-plus-acre private property.

Wapato Point Cellars and The Winemakers Grill are on-property, just down the road from your Tennis Condominium. And of course, Wapato Point Resort is just a short walk to downtown Manson, with bars, more restaurants, grocers, wineries, and various shops for those venturing off the property. Bring your boat or Jet Skis! Free dock and buoy moorage during your stay, just steps from your unit. Store your trailer on the property. Launching is available at Mill Bay Park.

The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The layout was nice for a girls trip. Had a glitch with communication from the property manager so was tracking needed access information the day before arrival.

Wapato Condo - Fantastic

Fantastic property both the condo and the community. Very clean. We appreciated the stock of towels, washcloths, and hand towels. The kitchen, washer/dryer saved us during our daughter's volleyball tournament. The two bathrooms also were a huge plus with two teenage girls. The pool right outside our unit and the private beach on property also a plus! Thank you!

Last Minute Escape

We booked this last minute for some much needed R&R, so I didn't do the usual research. This is an older space, but very bright and clean. It's an amazing place to take your kids or grandkids as there is much to do on even the cloudy days. Our main complaint was that the pool and hot tub had issues the entire time we were there and were mostly out of commission. That was very disappointing.

This was our first time rental through Vrbo. Check in was difficult because we never received an email for our access code. We were finally able to get a code by calling the help desk. We didn’t have an access code to the community pool. Luckily another patron gave us a code to the pool. The kitchen smelled bad like fish and had many flies flying around. The kitchen sink was leaking so everything under the sink was soaked including a fresh pack of paper towels. We managed to get everything taken care of and had a wonderful time at the lake. The kids loved the fire pit and the community pool/hot tub. We looked having 2 rooms and room to spread out. We were able to come home with clean laundry thanks to the washer and dryer in the unit.

Escape to this one of kind, lakeside resort nestled along the shores of Lake Chelan. Wapato Point is situated on 116 acres of landscaped grounds with the most waterfront of any resort on the lake. You will never be at a loss for something to do with the endless activities and resort amenities available to you during your stay. Soak up the sun on the sandy beaches or by the outdoor pool (with kiddie pool) or take to the lake on a paddle board or kayak. The kids and young-at-heart will love the playground, mini golf, or indoor/outdoor pools. There's also tennis, pickleball, basketball, and biking. After a full day, relax with a wine tasting at one of the 13 local wineries, take a short stroll to Manson for a bite to eat, or snuggle up next to the campfire with family and friends.
