Make sure to reserve your 2024 summer week NOW while there is still availability. The owner has spared no expense in this COMPLETELY UPDATED 1700 square foot townhouse condo. Enjoy all the bells and whistles you deserve while on vacation. Upgrades include new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fireplace, TV's and appliances. New front loading washer/dryer and beds have also been added to the home for your comfort. Hi-Speed Fiber Internet (100mbps upload & download. Up to 6 devices)

Wapato Point Resort is located in the heart of Washington on the pristine shores of Lake Chelan. The 116 acre resort amenities include: Indoor/Outdoor pools, sandy beach waterfront, boat moorage, on-site watercraft rentals, mini golf, tennis & pickle ball courts, exercise room, Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant/wine bar & more.

Halmalka 510-B is a spacious duplex townhouse condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeps 8 - Hi-Speed Fiber Internet (100mbps upload & download - up to 6 devices).

The main level features the following:
- Living room with flat screen Smart TV/Blu Ray, built in wall speakers, Dedicated Private Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, sofa bed and access to lake view deck
- Fully upgraded kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking
- Dining Area with seating for 6 and bar seating for 3
- Bedroom with King Bed, TV and access to private courtyard
- Bathroom with walk-in glass shower
- Lake View Deck with Gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining (propane provided)


Lower Level features the following:
- Bedroom with King Bed, TV and access to private patio and lawn area

Bonnie's townhouse at Wapato point was excellent. It's been recently renovated and was immaculate. I especially appreciated that they had an Alexa. If you've never been to Wapato Point Resort before, it's a must go for Washington State. The resort is very family friendly with mini golf, indoor swimming, and daily kids activities. Plus it's right in the middle of Washington wine country.

Family friendly vacation rental

Condo was exactly as described. Check-in was easy. Wapato Point Resort has a ton of family friendly activities that we enjoyed including an indoor pool, mini golf, playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts, etc. 10/10 recommend.

We have rented the same unit for several years now. Great location and plenty of space for our family.The unit is getting a little worn and some updates are needed. The couches are pretty much shot at this point.We are hoping the owners will update prior to our next visit.The property manager, Bonnie, and her handyman Tony are both outstanding if little things should come up during the visit. Greatly appreciated.

Great condo, beautiful view!!

The condo was spacious and beautiful with a very nicely equipped kitchen. But the star of the show was the porch with a lake view. We ate every meal outside. Whenever we were not at the pool or beach, we were on the porch!

Excellent experience!

Loved the experience. This specific property was clean, tidy, quiet, organized and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Bonnie, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions and provide helpful guidance.

Wonderful trip

Great condo, plenty of space, well appointed and very close to the pool. Had a problem with the bbq and Bonnie was extremely prompt and helpful. We had a terrific family vacation. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Bonnie!

Overall very good stay! Only setback is more about the timing/ luck. There’s construction outside our unit during our stay, which is real noisy, and I us to move my car out from the driveway one day for them to put a machinery.

Updated and roomy

This condo is so roomy for the five of us that we could relax without getting into each other's space. The remodeled kitchen had top of the line appliances with plenty of accommodations for our use. The bedrooms were also spacious with plenty of sleeping options. Bathrooms were huge and nearby. Although our view of the lake was a little limited, we really enjoyed the outside dining on the huge deck. Having the pool so close was handy for the 11 year old boy. Loved this place. The only problem was the TV which the property manager worked hard to work out. We never did get any local stations. Oh, well, too much to see and do outside to watch that much TV.

Great location for vacation stay in Chelan

We enjoyed the unit and amenities of Wapato Point while we stayed there last week, even with the smoke. The best parts of this unit were the stocked kitchen, including sharp knives and most of what you'd need to cook any meals, the views, and the layout of the space. Other highlights were the incredibly comfortable beds, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, and responsiveness of Bonnie to anything we needed. The only slight negatives: 1. There's a public road and intersection on one side of the property where you might hear diesel trucks pass by in the AM. If you're a light sleeper like me, it might wake you up. The heavier sleepers in our group had no issues. 2. It's a bit of a walk down to the shore (7 min) down and up a steep hill, but we're hardy and just schlepped things back and forth. The indoor pool and fitness center was only a 3 - 4 minute walk. Some folks there used golf carts to get around, so I'd recommend that if you have anyone in your group who can't readily walk to places.
