📜 RENTAL AGREEMENT & RULES (Staylah SOP Required Text)
A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Rules:
No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
No smoking or vaping indoors ($500 remediation fee applies).

Additional Fees:
$150 per person per night for unauthorized guests
$50–$200 for early check-ins or late check-outs (based on hours)
$500 for each unauthorized pet
$500 minimum for plumbing misuse (only toilet paper may be flushed)
Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, moved/missing items, equipment tampering, or property damage
Checkout is strictly 10:00 AM, unless otherwise approved.
