Beautiful oceanfront 1 bed/1 bath ground-level condo located in gated Sawgrass beach club. Experience spectacular sunrises and walks on the beach.

This condo has been fully renovated and beautifully furnished for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Lots of fine and casual dining nearby and just 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine.

In this condo, you can enjoy a king-size bed, a large TV, WIFI, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, washer and dryer, our covered outdoor patio with endless views, and more!

The sofa bed in the living room accommodates an extra guest.

Surf Villa is the perfect oceanfront condo to offer a family stay and amazing views!

The unit is eligible for temporary membership to the Sawgrass Country Club for a FEE. (Guests must purchase membership separately.) For more inquiries, please reach out to us.

Wonderful property

As out of town members of Sawgrass this location was perfect for us! A great property for two, well appointed, and very comfortable! Loved just listening to the ocean and watching the sunrise!

Great location and great property!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice - clean, updated decor, well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and furniture and a big screen TV for watching Wimbledon! Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available for use. This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway. Janet was a great host!

Beach Getaway

Our stay was lovely!The property is immaculate well furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Footsteps from the beach, lovely seating area on patio. Convenient location to all stores and shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Surf Villa

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is beautifully decorated, comfy couch and chairs. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the sound of the ocean and walking the beach. The unit was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Getaway to Ponte Vedra

The condo was gorgeous. It was perfect for two. The view from the condo of the ocean and the sunrise were spectacular. The condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and sites.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This beautiful newly renovated condo had everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable! Wonderful to be able to walk right out the door onto the beach. Jesse Ballard was really easy to communicate with and we hope to return again sometime soon.

Beautiful beach front location

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Easy to book and fast communication. Location is perfect and condo was clean, modern, tasteful and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Only cons are the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs a mattress topper and you can hear people walking around in condo above which kept us awake 2 nights.

Relaxing and beautiful condo

Wonderfully updated. Location was great and close to some very good restaurants and things to do and see. Appreciated the short steps to the beach. Spent many hours outside on the patio listening to the ocean. Communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze.

Nicest place we have ever been!

Beautifully updated, clean & bright. Steps from the ocean, you can feel the sea breeze and hear the waves. This is one of the nicest places we have ever seen. Owners provide all of you beach necessities, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc ......

Wedding Weekend

My wife and I stayed at the condo during our wedding weekend. The condo was a perfect retreat for us - totally relaxing with an amazing setting right on the beach. The interior is fabulous and totally updated. I can't recommend this place strongly enough - a peaceful beach oasis close to everything. Janet, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful as well. If you're looking for the perfect spot on the beach, this is it!

Beautiful Getaway

The condo has been nicely remodeled and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my husband and me. It had everything we needed for our stay including chairs for the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise with coffee in the mornings from the patio. Just steps from the beach. The area is beautiful and quiet. Nice walks on the beach with many private homes. Everyone we met was friendly. We will be back.

Heaven at Ponte Vedra Beach

This property is probably the best we have ever rented with VRBO. The owner, Jesse Ballard, was responsive and extremely accommodating. My husband and I were badly in need of a secluded, peaceful location. We found it here. The view from the covered back patio was breathtaking. The condo was well stocked with comfortable furniture, kitchen equipment, etc. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The private beach was very nice! I highly recommend this host, and this property.

The unit was just as promised. There were no surprises. The pictures of the unit were current and accurate. The unit owner was easily reached and most pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend !

Beautifully decorated condo with ocean view!

I had my daughter, her husband & granddaughter for Thanksgiving , we sat around the island & enjoyed oysters & lobsters, what a perfect setting to give thanks ! Wish I could have stayed longer in this lovely, well appointed condo! A perfect get away spot!
