Bedrooms offer the perfect refuge after days spent exploring and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout showcase stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. A full-sized washer and dryer is an additional convenience to enjoy during your stay, making clean-ups a breeze! When not in your cozy condo, take refreshing dips in the sparkling community pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of building sandcastles with the family or exploring Navarre’s charming shops and restaurants.



Inn at Summerwind 1101 is within just a few miles of several popular restaurants, including Windjammer’s on the Pier, Andy D’s, Juana’s Pagodas and Sailors’ Grill, Dewey Destin’s, Johnny Huston’s Grille and Bar, and the Slippery Mermaid.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. View is breathtaking for both sunrise and sunset. The 3 bathrooms were well stocked and the master bathroom was awesome. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Beds were very comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Carpet is a bit worn and the blinds need some help—but we would definitely stay here again. Really beautiful location. Walking distance to several restaurants. A couple of folding chairs to enable 8 to sit at the table rather than 6 would be a solid add. But it was supremely easy and communication was fast, direct, and clear! Thank you!

Great Location

This was a great stay for a family of 8! It was in the best location with a great view! We were missing things that normal air bnb has like spices, extra blankets, additional cleaning supplies, etc. Overall it was a great stay.

Location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The condo could use some minor updates- not one window blind worked properly, coffee pot was broken and microwave did not work- with minor updates we would have no issues with staying here again!

Probably the best view I've ever had at a condo in Navarre. The condo was very big and roomy and it was a plus that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. I will say there were several minor issues that needed to be addressed all were just basic maintenance.

Blinds need attention

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Patio furniture has holes in the cushions from wear and tear and the blinds don’t open as they should. We got on chairs and put at least 6 fallen blinds back up.

Great view and location!

Five stars on the view and the location. We would definitely stay again. I would only recommend better mattresses and updated living room furniture. Even those negatives didn’t make me consider giving less than five stars!

Location is amazing but this condo has so many issues! Bugs and refrigerator are the most important. Others are worn out furniture with holes, knobs falling off, dryer won’t turn off on its own, most all of the lights always flickering, some outlets don’t work, blinds won’t slide and falling down. Yes, we contacted management before posting a review. We were told “we are sorry, will address when you check out “.

Master bedroom blinds were broken, e-mailed about them, said someone would come to fix, never did. There was mold on the shower curtains, the blinds in the living room also didn’t work. One of the bar stools seat was broken in half, the water in the master bedroom tub and kitchen sink dripped. Tv in the room with the queen bed didn’t work. Overall not impressed with the unit for the price we paid to stay. I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

The view was amazing! When I got there it hadn’t been cleaned, but I called and they had someone there to clean it within the hour while I went and got groceries and had a meal. They offered to move me, but the view was perfect and they took care of everything so quickly that it didn’t even matter in the end.
