Nothing but incredible views at every turn in this beautiful beachfront retreat. Start each day with coffee on the private balcony, watching dolphins play in the surf. Spend lazy days relaxing in the cozy living room while the chef of the group whips up delicious snacks to take to the beach and pool. Bedrooms offer the perfect refuge after days spent exploring and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout showcase stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. A full-sized washer and dryer is an additional convenience to enjoy during your stay, making clean-ups a breeze! When not in your cozy condo, take refreshing dips in the sparkling community pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of building sandcastles with the family or exploring Navarre’s charming shops and restaurants.



Inn at Summerwind 1101 is within just a few miles of several popular restaurants, including Windjammer’s on the Pier, Andy D’s, Juana’s Pagodas and Sailors’ Grill, Dewey Destin’s, Johnny Huston’s Grille and Bar, and the Slippery Mermaid.



Nearby family-friendly attractions include the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, the Gulf Breeze Zoo, the Navarre Beach fishing pier, Hidden Creek Golf Club, and the Navarre Family Watersports Adventure Complex.



Book your stay at this Scenic Stays property today and create lasting memories in this coastal paradise. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.



A starter kit of amenities are provided for the first 24 hour period. Paper Towels, Roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, travel size bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities such as dishwasher pod, detergent etc. along with a washing machine Pod

We loved the view, watching dolphins, the beautiful sound of the ocean. We came to beach! Toes in the sand, relax and just listen to waves crashing..hated to leave. We stayed local except for 1 day driving to watch the Blue Angels practice in Pensacola.The actual condo could definitely use new blinds, none of them opened or closed. Wifi wasn't the best and the tv's were small, not a deal breaker bc we came to enjoy the ocean. We got a good price for the week and the pictures described the space.
Mermaid mailbox, so fun!

Great Location

This was a great stay for a family of 8! It was in the best location with a great view! We were missing things that normal air bnb has like spices, extra blankets, additional cleaning supplies, etc. Overall it was a great stay.

View is breathtaking for both sunrise and sunset. The 3 bathrooms were well stocked and the master bathroom was awesome. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Beds were very comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Carpet is a bit worn and the blinds need some help—but we would definitely stay here again. Really beautiful location. Walking distance to several restaurants. A couple of folding chairs to enable 8 to sit at the table rather than 6 would be a solid add. But it was supremely easy and communication was fast, direct, and clear! Thank you!

Location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The condo could use some minor updates- not one window blind worked properly, coffee pot was broken and microwave did not work- with minor updates we would have no issues with staying here again!

Probably the best view I've ever had at a condo in Navarre. The condo was very big and roomy and it was a plus that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. I will say there were several minor issues that needed to be addressed all were just basic maintenance.

The condo had one of the most amazing views from sooo many points!! I also loved that the condo was the end building right next to the pier. The wrap around balcony was such a plus and the 11th floor out of 15 gave such a large view of the entire area. The condo was clean and the check in process was a breeze. The only complaint I would have is that a lot of the furniture was broken down, old, and outdated. The patio furniture was just scattered and had to be moved and rearranged to even access the primary bedroom balcony door. The blinds would also not open in the primary bedroom which was a little disappointing considering the view there was to see. And only the living room and primary bedroom had smart tvs. If you don’t have your own fire stick you can’t watch tv. Which isn’t a big deal for some but the kiddos were a little sad lol. However, all of the negative mentioned are just minor things and definitely didn’t take away from an amazing stay and beautiful condo!! I would definitely stay again, especially since my daughter lives in Pensacola and I visit quite often.

I have been staying in Summerwind towers for over 20 years and this had to be the worse unit I have ever stayed in - the bed in the master bedroom broke and the queen bed was broke also instead of fixing it they just threw 2 box springs on the floor and then a mattress the window sill in the other bathroom was full of dead flies/bugs- several of the blinds in the dinning room living room area were broke and laying on the window sill and the blinds were unusable- one of the burners on the stove did not work- the exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms were noisy and at times would not shut off so once it went off was unable to turn it back on the sliding door in the master bedroom is about ready to fall off of the door - not cover on the light in the kitchen area - the tv in the master bedroom so small not worth using and the other tvs we were unable to turn on - went to grab the power cord which was laying behind the bed and it was very sticky and full of black hair had to scrub it up so I was able to use it , hair behind both bathroom doors in the corner up against the wall area - the chairs in the living full of stains - the patio furniture looks like it came from a garage sale - cushions tore stained - did not get to sit on balcony much due to the furniture being in terrible condition- the starfish picture in living room area hung uneven - decor for the rest of the condo very outdated- we disappointed- drove 10 hours to get there and place was not cheap - thanks for nothing

Blinds need attention

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Patio furniture has holes in the cushions from wear and tear and the blinds don’t open as they should. We got on chairs and put at least 6 fallen blinds back up.

Great view and location!

Five stars on the view and the location. We would definitely stay again. I would only recommend better mattresses and updated living room furniture. Even those negatives didn’t make me consider giving less than five stars!
