The house was a mess from guests staying before us. We are doing a landscaping job in spring field and we were so hot and dirty lookiG forward to a shower but all towels were dirty and beds not changed! I texted owner and she said the housekeeper made a mistake and she would be there asap…. Couple hours later she showed up so we started washing laundry after work g 10hour day in the heat!!!!

Location close to everything we wanted to do. Was nice having a garage. Shower in master bedroom was non functional. Otherwise all was good for my son and I . Nothing great but all we needed and enjoyed the extra space vs a hotel roomBut site listed a pool which does not exist

Improvements

Need curtains or blinds or shades over the front door entrance. Totally open for anybody to look in. I would put a pad under the rug in the den as it slides around and could cause someone to fall. Everything else was good and they had plenty of stuff there for your convenience.

Toilet paper

There wasn’t any extra toilet paper only a half roll in each bathroom. The little bathroom had and extra roll that was soaking wet. So there might be a leak somewhere. I did take the trash out and took the can to the curb. There wasn’t any notes on what needed to be done. We put all the dirty

Weekend visit

Location is close to restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, kitchenware. We didn’t use much because we chose to eat out. Must wash dishes if used, no dishwasher. We visited family for weekend and appreciated the 3 bed 2 bath for our needs. We had problem upon arrival and I reached out to owner who apologized and promptly addressed the issue. Plenty of parking and extra towels.

Lester Ave House.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay. The house was very clean and more than accommodating for our family for the 3 days we were there. We utilized the kitchen and family area and were very comfortable. The owner even had a few extras, like toothbrushes, if you forgot something. If we were to need this type of stay again, I would definitely see if this listing would be available.
