DON'T BE LEFT ON YOUR OWN...family owned and operated with hosts that live on site to assist you. Your apartment will be cleaned and restocked 3X per week, with NO departure cleaning required and NO cleaning fee!

Our compound is gated and there are 10 apartments/houses spread out over 3 acres. You can always find quite spaces or friendly faces, whatever your mood.

Other things to note
Comprehensive cleaning between reservations.
Your room will be cleaned 3 times per week and your towels changed. Your bed sheets will be changed once per week.
You do not need to "clean" before you go. We appreciate that you leave the apartment tidy, but do not include a demanding list of "to do" before check out.
This is the Jungle - There will be bugs, iguanas, birds, monkeys...plus various other wild animals.

Additional rules
CAMP RULES

1. No smoking in rooms (Outside is OK, but not in pool or pool deck)
2. Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed on property
3. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
4. No unattended children in the pool
5. There is a replacement fee for lost or damaged items
6. Additional guests must be registered; charges may apply
7. The Management is not responsible for valuables left in room
8. Please lock doors & windows when not in the room
9. Have fun!

10. Most importantly, please note we are on self-generated electricity and it is extremely expensive. Turn off the air-conditioning, fans and lights when not at home. Do not run air-conditioning with windows or doors open. Please conserve energy when possible, thank you!

QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
It is not allowed to congregate in groups in common areas, pool deck or patios & terraces during quiet hours. During these hours we also ask that you keep noise and music to a minimum inside your house. Please be respectful to all guests!

CHECK-OUT
It is not expected for you to clean your room upon your departure. However, we do appreciate it being left tidy!

MONTHLY RENTALS
Discounted monthly rentals only receive weekly cleaning with full bed linen and towel change. Hygienic bathroom supplies (TP, shampoo, soap) are not included.
