Newly renovated! Heated pool opens in April for the season, stays open through Ocober! Hot Tub open year round!
All new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, newly installed pool and outdoor kitchen.
Brand new 2 zone central AC system. Wifi with Google Mesh system.
5 Bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms (plus sleeper sofa in the den):
- Bedroom 1: Downstairs Master Suite, 1 Queen bed and an ensuite bath with a stand up shower and double vanity. Bedroom has a sliding glass door out to screened porch.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Bunk Room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a twin trundle, sleeps 5.
- Bedroom 3: Upstairs Master Suite #1, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower.
- Bedroom 4: Upstairs Master Suite #2, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Queen bed with sliding glass door out to deck overlooking pool and newly landscaped yard.

We found this property in 2020, and knew it was a diamond in the rough - a large home with a great layout and a big yard on a quiet street just 6 houses from the beach. We spent all winter 2020-21 renovating it and adding a gorgeous heated saltwater pool, making it the home of our dreams (and we hope yours too!).
