We are Kevin and Gabe, long-time residents of this beautiful state. After several years of exploring the stunning landscapes and embracing the vibrant local community, we found our dream house here in Grand Lake.

Our house is a gateway to adventure, perfectly situated just three minutes from the charming town of Grand Lake and a short trafficless 40-minute drive to the Winter Park Resort. Whether you're into trail running, snowmobiling, hiking, or biking, you'll find incredible trails right from our doorstep. Wildlife enthusiasts will be delighted by the frequent visits from moose, deer, marmots, and a rare osprey bird nest visible from the living room.
