The good: house was clean, well-furnished and in a good location. Stocked with kitchen essentials, very cute, spacious. The bad: unfortunately, the beds were horrifically uncomfortable. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone for this reason alone. The nitpicky: one of the remotes to the ceiling light/fan had a dead battery. The toilet paper in the bathroom was inconveniently located— a freestanding holder would have been better.

Overnight Stay

My husband and I used this atleast as a getaway for 1 night. The house is exactly as described and very clean. We plan on having another getaway even if its in Midland for us to again in the future and would like to stay here if this property is available when we make plans again.

Remarkable

The place has everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. I would only suggest some stepping stones or something to get to door. Great stay we would do again and highly impressed.

Nice house

Everything was nice besides the bed being a little uncomfortable and the sand in the front yard got all on my wife’s feet any time she wore sandals lol other then that great property

Great VRBO

This property is light, bright and very well maintained.The location is close to everything in Midland. Property owners are friendly and VERY quick to respond to any questions or issues that arise. We will be staying at this VRBO for all future trips to Midland. Thank you for all of your timely assistance during our weekend in Midland!

Everything was nice but it was lacking more pot and pans.Also there was no dish washing liquid. Had to go buy dish washing liquid.We needed a cutting board had to buy a cutting board.I had to buy more spices. They only had salt and pepperSofa has tear it would of been nice if they were recyclerOver all i was happy.However i did invite family to come visited me.

Neighborhood a little dicey

The property sits in a neighborhood in transition. Front yards were mostly dirt and gravel. One neighbor let his large dog bark through the first night. Our host was notified the next morning and that problem did not re-occur. The host also addressed a problem of low inventory of glassware for the kitchen.
