Was very nice just a couple of little complaints

Our main complaint was the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed!!! & awful pillows on the bed in guest room by separate bathroom(with shower) Otherwise pretty good!! Oh yes we couldn’t shut the TV off

Definitely nothing special for the absurd price

You would think that bare minimums would be provided for such an extraordinary amount of money per night (many hundreds)...but no. No soap/shampoo/lotion/Kleenex..nothing!! One of the AC units stopped working but since there are two we were able to keep the place cool. But who wants to even see that? I don't. The resort surely knows that people are driving in and have bags with them. They will not let you in 5 mins before the 4pm check in and have no bell housing like area to hold your things so you can drive around and feel safe that you are not going into town carrying ALL your belongings. We stood outside and watched the cleaning lady cart remain at the door until 4pm on the dot lol. We thought it would be nice to go down to the 'hot tub' that night to only find that this resort doesn't turn it on!!! So we sat in a cold tub of bubbles for about 3 minutes and realized how terrible this was. I then said well at least there is a 'jet tub' in my bathroom so up I went to have a hot tub experience in my tub. Oh but wait....it doesn't work! How terrible is that?? All this wonderful stuff for the many hundreds we paid per night....I have stayed at almost all of the condos in Rocky point. This was by far the most expensive for less than any other place. Will not go back to this resort. Do not waste your money here, there are plenty of condos to rent from for way less and you get way more! Why two stars and not one? Well the bed was very comfortable.

The condo was nice, clean, the stay and view was good. The only problem was a clogged sink in bathroom. It was taken care of very quickly. Over all a nice place to stay

We really enjoy Las Palmas and the accommodations have always been nice. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. We have nice views, it was quite and very comfortable

Beautiful!!!!!!

I loved everything about this trip and the condo. The view was spectacular. The amenities were great for a family with kids as well as if you went without kids. It is walking distance to the beach. All in all it was a great experience. Would definitely go again.

Overall, nice condo

Overall this was a nice condo. Enjoyed the grounds (nice pools, easy access to beach). The bed was comfy, WiFi worked well. I did email the owner regarding a few issues, but haven’t heard back, which is the reason for 4 stars. 1. Air is stagnant; there’s a mildew smell upon entering. 2. Fan in master bedroom doesn’t work (not sure about the others as we didn’t try them). 3. The air conditioning doesn’t go below 82.4 degrees F. 4. The master bath jacuzzi tub stopper doesn’t work, nor do the jets. The shower head makes a high pitch noise. 5. There is no dish soap. Again, overall, it’s a good rental and I would probably stay again.

Great for families

Everything was great. Great property and facilities. Beach is wonderful. Delicious, well priced food and drinks poolside. Check in process is overly burdensome with lengthy agreement to sign and undermanned check in desk. I recommend avoiding college breaks if traveling with kids under 12.
