"Butler Branch Point" property - Beautiful lake home located in Arley, Alabama. Located on a private point, gorgeous spot on the lake, conveniently near Duncan Bridge Marina. You will love spending time outdoors on this awesome flat lot, there is a large yard for kids to play. Enjoy a game of badminton or corn hole with your friends and family! This property has an easy walk down to the dock, where you can swim or fish off the swim pier.

Sleeps 10 in beds, Maximum occupancy 12.

Bedroom Layout:

Bedroom 1: King size bed - main level

Bedroom 2: Four twin size beds - second floor

Bedroom 3: Full size bed - second floor

Bedroom 4: King size bed - second floor

This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum.

Great private dock with swim pier. 2 boat slips available for the guests' use. Power on the dock, but it can be turned off if the guests desire.

** NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

Beautiful property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this lake house and the beautiful property it is on. The view of the lake and beautiful trees were my favorite. My dogs were living their best lives entire week. My only complaint is the tv in living room. Omg so hard to navigate but we only used it a few times. Loved it would go back.

Great home on the lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home close to Duncan Bridge with comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, great reclining furniture, pretty views of the water, nice enclosed porch, easy walk to the pier, plenty of room for a kayak trailer with covered parking. Clean and nice home with a generator when the power went out.
