Nestled off the majestic, tree-lined Troup Square, Troup Square Manor Garden offers an unforgettable vacation experience in the heart of Savannah. This beautiful garden apartment boasts ample space, and an unbeatable location, making it the perfect retreat for families and friends alike.

What Do We Love About This Home?

- Spacious and Inviting: The apartment offers an ample amount of space to ensure maximum comfort for up-to four Lucky guests. The living room offers plush seating, and a large flat-screen television for those nights in, or early birds looking to watch the news!

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Guests can enjoy home cooked meals in the comfort of their home with the fully stocked kitchen.

- Prime Location: Facing Troup Square, guests are just a 10-minute walk from Forsyth Park, a 10-minute walk to Broughton Street, and a 15-minute walk to the river. Situated on a quiet street, the manor is also close to delightful cafes and restaurants, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

The bedroom is tucked away at the back of the home, offering a king size bed, and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. Guests will also find the spacious, luxurious, bathroom with a walk-in shower just down the hall!

Parking: Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect! Everything was comfortable and clean. Great shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. It rained the weekend we visited so the covered front entrance was very helpful and the covered back porch was a nice place to enjoy the rain with a cup of coffee. The historic charm mixed with modern amenities was captured flawlessly. The location was ideal, walkable to both Broughton for shopping and Forsyth for relaxing. We look forward to our next stay!

Great but sleepsofa

This apartment is great – in wonderful location, accessible, user-friendly and spacious. I would have given it five stars had there been only two of us sleeping in the bed. But we were also using the sleep sofa, which was terrible. The thin mattress was full of lumpy metal springs. Sheets were available but no blanket. I called the company the first night to ask for blankets which they said they would bring but never did. We just used curtains we found folded in the closet. if there are two of you, it will be wonderful! If you need extra sleeping space, I’d choose somewhere else. We ended up folding up the couch bed and someone slept simply on the couch, which worked fine but would not have worked for a tall adult. Only other thing to note is that staying in a basement unit, you do hear quite a lot of noise upstairs. It wasn’t early in the morning and it was OK for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I came to Savannah for the first time on a solo trip and this Vrbo was just perfect - everything I was looking for! The location was beautiful, right across from one of the many beautiful squares. Everything is in walking distance. There was a delicious deli across the street. I loved having coffee & reading on the back patio. The Vrbo is beautifully decorated, all you could need including a washer & dryer. I felt safe. Check in & out was easy. I can't say enough positive things! I recommend this place and would love to return some day.
