Extremely charming and wonderfully comfortable with the added bonus of fantastic location makes this the perfect place to stay in Savannah! This was our second stay here and we can’t wait to come back. It’s also dog friendly which is a big bonus for us. Just steps away from Forsyth Park and easy walking distance to everything else we want to see and do! Great landlords who are super communicative when needed and they keep a beautiful space for you to stay in. If you are headed to Savannah this is my first choice of where to stay!

A little confusing getting in because I was under the impression it was the blue door on top of the stairs shown in the picture, but it’s actually the black door to the right on ground level. Great since we brought our bikes. It was an absolutely wonderful stay, fantastic location, parking was easy and neighborhood beautiful. We hope to return.

So peaceful out back, bird tweeting and peeking kitties.
1st time seeing fall leaves.
Early morning Forsyth park walk is a must.

Wonderfully old super charismatic large flat located steps from amazing Forsyth park and all of historic Savannah. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and furniture plus a great shower. Don’t forget to pay for street parking. We plan on booking again.

Thank you to our host for being so patient with me using VRBO (I’m new to this app). She was so responsive in the app, even when I wasn’t very diligent with messaging, and even called me to answer questions at times. This place is so cute. We loved staying here. As soon as we opened the door and unpacked our things, I said “I could totally live here. It’s perfect!” Love the layout. My mom and I had plenty of great areas to converse with two dens, a tucked away breakfast nook and a beautiful scenic patio. The location of this VRBO is conveniently located to nearly everything. We took 3-4 minute lifts to Broughton street and Bull street but you could easily walk there too!!For the neighborhood, very quiet and safe. We had no issues. The wedding we attended was just 1/2 block away and we walked home in the dark. The street was lit up with lights at night and people were out and about running or walking their pets. I also wanted to mention I loved the keypad entry. It made it easy to come and go as we please without worrying about another key. Thank you so much for having us. We loved our stay!!

Fantastic location! The neighborhood is so charming, close to restaurants, and easy to enjoy Forsyth Park. We parked our car and walked everywhere all weekend. The house is adorable and well equipped. It was a great stay!

Gaston One Bedroom Apartment

The apartment is just delightful. Great location; very close to the park. The patio/court yard is just lovely. And the apartment is very well appointed. This is the third time I have been there and I will definitely be back.

It was good, nice location right by Forsyth Park. The only thing was no clear instruction on the townhome being 114 1/2 and not actually 114. We also contacted host about tv not working and she never got back with us, but we understand and had an amazing time either way.

Girls trip to Savannah

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with a friend! It was in a great location, we felt very safe and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. We were worried about parking, but the street parking was easy to find and no big deal. Definitely going to stay again!

Fifth Anniversary

My wife and I spent a week here for our fifth anniversary. We absolutely loved it. It had everything we wanted. There was plenty of space, full laundry, and a great kitchen. We loved the back patio and courtyard. This is a beautiful home right in the middle of everything. If you are going to come to Savannah, this is the place to stay. It's located in the historic district and everything is in walking distance. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us, David and Stephanie

Home Away from Home!

We had the most wonderful stay at the garden apartment! I decided to book a long weekend in Savannah to celebrate my birthday and it was the perfect getaway for our family of 4 (two adults and two fuzzy kids)! We always book through VRBO so we can take our pups and used to travel to Savannah often, but the garden apartment we always stayed at was sold and I’ve had a difficult time finding one that we love as much as that one - until we found this home! The location was perfect, the home was immaculate and it truly felt like our little home away from home (reminds me so much of our home down the road in Charleston)! We will definitely be adding this rental to our top places to rent! I can’t wait to visit again!

beautiful property in a great part of the city

Very close to everythingparking could have been an issue but the agent recommended free parking in area and it worked fine as we left car for the entire stay in same spot as everything walkable

Location - Comfort - Eclectic

We averaged 5 miles a day walking and took over 200 photos - the activities in Forsythe Park provided amazing entertainment every day - meeting Patricia's sister and her Australian sheepdog added the personal history that was a special dimension. The furnishings in the house and the outside sitting area were interesting and the plants created a great setting. On our last full day we took the port tour with Savannah Harbor Tours - a truly memorable experience.

St. Patty’s Stay

Great location just off Forsyth Park and perfect for our first ever Savannah St Patrick’s Day parade. It was plenty of space for two people and for having local family members stop in.

The best VRBO in the Historic District of Savannah.

The stay was exceptional. It is right by Forsyth Park. Easy to check in Rasy toget to key parts of Savannah. Had a great time eating and drinking my way through the city. And the dogs loved it. o

Southern charm

I loved everything about this apartment. The location was fantastic for walking the dog in the park. The river was a little bit of a walk but traveling down Bull St was spectacular. We couldn't get over the number of great restaurants! The apt itself was a bit quirky, with brick floors, doors abdomen windows everywhere. Would highly recommend.
