Great place, perfect location. Fancy bathroom! Great to have 3 bed options, and very cool to be able to look out on the hot tubs and the slopes from the condo to see what's up.

Beautiful place, great host.

Carole's place is new, modern, clean and has a great view of the village and slopes. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars and ski lifts, what more can you ask for.

We had a great stay. The condo is spotless and is in beautiful condition with cozy beds, plenty of blankets and towels, a warm bathroom floor, solid surface kitchen counters and a great view of the mountain.

A lot of fun and great place to stay

This is a great place and I loved how well appointed the condo was. You can see how much effort and thought Caroline put into her condo. We appointed with all the basics.

Ideal stay

Super convenient and comfortable place right in the village and steps from the slopes. Clean and recently updated. Bathroom was beautiful. They even had a legit Japanese toilet, which goes to show they spared no expenses!

Beautiful, Convenient Home in the Village

Ideal location in the heart of the Palisades Village. Remarkable mountain views. Entirely renovated, lovely one bedroom space with pull out sofas and new furnishings.

Great ski weekend in Olympic Valley

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend staying in this apartment. Caroline is an exceptional host - she sent us a welcome letter before our arrival which outlined in detail everything we needed to know for a seamless stay. The kitchen is well organized and stocked and the apartment has plenty of blankets, pillows and clean towels. The location is perfect - walking distance to the slopes and restaurants. I would definitley stay here again!

Relaxing Easy and Comfortable

We spent 4 nights at the condo and everything was new and comfortable. The location is convenient to ski school and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. She offered a late checkout. We intend to rent the condo again.

Great condo

Very nice condo in a great location in the village. Beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. So convenient for skiing. There are a lot of food options nearby. Caroline was so easy to communicate with also. I highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful condo!

This is an excellent condo in the village at Palisades. The sleeping alcove with curtains for the sofa bed worked really well for our kids. The remodeled kitchen was fun to cook in and on a dry day it’s wonderful to sit on the balcony with a cup of hot chocolate and look at the sunset over the village and the mountains.

The location was good, and the unit was clean, but the overall operations need improvement. There was a strong odor in the condo, possibly due to it being pet-friendly. Entry relied on physical keys and a parking pass that were mailed but did not arrive before our stay. Despite multiple attempts to return them, we were charged 525 for a missing plastic key that had been turned in to the front desk.

Dear Mason, thank you for your comments. Please note that our condo is part of a homeowner association that has rules and contracts with Palisades Tahoe Resort. The key and parking systems are controlled by them. We, homeowners, are not happy about it and continue to advocate for change. Indeed UPS failed to deliver our expedited envelope by Friday December 26. We apologized multiple times for this inconvenience. We made arrangements with the front desk to have extra keys and guest parking pass made for you and your family, which you picked up upon your arrival. We asked you to take the keys home and mail them back to us using the pre-paid envelope. You claimed that the label had expired. We sent you a check (as you requested) to purchase another mailing label, but you later told us that the label was fine. We received the keys and parking permit about a month after your stay. Yes you were charged $525 as a deposit until we received those keys. The day we received them we asked VRBO to refund you that deposit. This policy is posted in our VRBO listing. If you have not received the refund let me know and I will contact VRBO. I wish you had told me about the strong odor because you are the first to report this. I could and would have asked our cleaning crew to check it out.

Great location

The location was great. The host was very easy to contact. We had an issue with the sheets not being clean and had to replace them. Also, the ice drawer was dirty. The only other issue was there are no drawers for clothes. The closet seems big enough for a stack of small drawers/shelves to put up clothes.The host was very responsive and I would stay there again as i know she will address these issues.

Amazing location, incredibly clean and very functional

Such a well maintained and stocked condominium - and has great space for being a one BR with pull out sofa, which was super comfortable and located very well in that doesn’t feel right in middle of room/all the action.

Fantastic Trip / Great Location

This condo was a great home base for a short trip that my wife & I took to Palisades. The location is top notch with an easy walk to multiple dinner options and, of course, to the ski lifts. Will definitely be back!

Great Condo in a Great Location

This is a great condo for a ski weekend. The pull out was incredibly comfortable and high quality. The ability to close the curtain to the sleeping nook made it a perfect stay for 3 people. The host was communicative and provided us flexibility at check-out since our ride was arriving an hour later than check out time. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern condo in the perfect location

A friend and I visited Tahoe for a ski weekend and couldn’t have been happier with this place. The condo felt newly renovated and upscale, with all the amenities we could’ve wanted (including access to really nice hot tubs). The location was perfect, in the heart of the village and steps away from the lifts and restaurants. We will certainly try to stay here again the next time we visit Tahoe.

Great place

This was a great location. Easy check in. Communication with owner was exceptional. Spacious for a one bedroom. Two sofa couches at a distance so you can sleep on one and still sit on the other. The sofa beds could have been a little more comfortable, but this is true of all sofa beds. Well stocked. Close to hot tubs. Hands down, the best view in the village from the window and balcony. I would definitely stay again. I have stayed on the village a lot and this location is the best
