Life is a Breeze at Windward Breeze by RENT KEY WEST VACATIONS - 2/2 townhome -

Windward Breeze is part of the Windward Park gated community just off Simonton Street, one block from Duval Street. There are a total of 13 townhomes in this community that share the 20x50 foot community pool.

Located in a pristine gated community, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Bahamian-style townhome is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and views of a sparkling swimming pool. Windward Breeze is located in an ideal area of Old Town Key West. A short stroll to Duval Street offers restaurants, bars, shopping and galleries nearby. Hop on a bicycle and head down to Mallory Square or the Key West Seaport, just a slight distance more. Everything is pretty close on our island. The beaches are also just a short distance from Windward Breeze. 

This spacious vacation home just a block from downtown Key West's famous Duval Street has an open floor plan with lots of space on the main level for relaxing and entertaining. A comfortable seating area with couch and chairs and a flat screen television for those days you want to get out of the sun and just relax. The living area is open to the second floor with high ceilings and plenty of light. 

There is one bedroom on the main level with a full bath. The primary bedroom offers a comfy California king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and flat screen television. We offer all the comforts you need for your stay in paradise including WiFi, flat screen TVs, laundry, lovely and inviting community pool and assigned parking.

This property has a 6 night minimum stay. There is a strict 4 person maximum for this property. DO NOT GO TO THE PROPERTY. Guests must check in at our office at 1075 Duval St Ste C11 to obtain the keys and information.

Two couples getaway

This property is perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the stay here. The location and environment was great. We felt safe and it was quiet but still close to everything. We stayed in early May and already the pool was like bath water - not refreshing at all. That was the only drawback - the pool seemed like a big perk of staying at this property but it wasn't.

Wonderful experience overall!!

We have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. The home, location, and quality of service received was phenomenal. The home was clean, well furnished, and well taken care of. The heated pool and surrounding area was beautiful. The location was great. It was close to everything, and just far enough off the Main Street to be quiet at night. The check-in and out process was extremely simple and when I called the office their staff was very friendly and super helpful. You will not regret staying here.

True gem

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect, off the beaten path but walkable to anywhere you want to go! Gated community with pool that was cleaned often. Kev, from management came by to measure for improvements. He was super nice and worked with us for a late check-out. The only improvement I could see was that cabinet doors needed to be dusted better. If I had my asthmatic relatives with me it would have been reported. For any coffee drinkers, there’s a cute little Cuban coffee shop/restaurant, Key West Cuban Coffee, a couple blocks away. Coffee every morning and multiple meals for my hubby and BIL!!!

Key West Getaway

Very convenient to Duvall St. Nice pool right out the front door. You get a feeling of privacy and seclusion (with other neighbors) in your little enclave with how it is configured. It is only two short blocks to Duvall, sweet!

Key West Truman townhouse

The location is perfect for seeing the sites in KeyWest and the unit is ideal for two couples with two primary suites. We loved the upstairs balcony. The living area is perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped. The small complex it is in is quiet and tranquil.

Great location.

The house is just 2 blocks off of Duval Street, but tucked back in a courtyard setup with a heated pool as the centerpiece. I liked the assigned parking space, but sometimes the cleaning personnel made parking a little difficult. We had to find the car owners and ask them to move twice which they did gladly. Not a big deal. The house itself was really set up nicely and was very quiet. The very private back deck was also a great place to relax. Mallory Square is a bit of a hike, but worth it. We did it 2 times to see the sunset. Just wear good shoes, not flip flops if you're going that far. With that said you're only a 10 minute walk to the Southern Most Point. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. House was everything we imagined and more. Only 2 blocks from Duval St. Kevin and the rest of the Key West Hideaways folks were very friendly and great at responding to every message and question we had. If we go back to KW, we already know where we’ll stay.

Ideal Girls Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved having the kitchen and pool to our disposal. Even though the pool is shared,with other properties. It was never crowded and always at a good temperature. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future.
