There are two family rooms; the lower family room walks out to a detached, covered grilling patio, and the upstairs family room has a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping room while overlooking the screened-in porch. Mitch's father had a lake house in this neighborhood, and he grew up visiting White Oak on the weekends as a young kid. We love this community due to its central location on the Lake, proximity to Conley Bottom Marina and access to the water. There is no neighborhood in Lake Cumberland that has the private access to the water. Without a doubt the best place to have a lake home!

The wood paneled sunroom and screened in porch are also great characteristics of this home. Dock Street is also home to many fishing enthusiasts due to the optimal proximity to national fishing tournaments, seasonally. So whether you’re a weekend boater or a professional fisherman, Dock Street is the highest rated rental for the “Lake Life” we all love and enjoy.
