This spectacular home is the ideal option for big families or groups of friends that want to experience a peaceful getaway but are still close enough to all of the action in Breckenridge. The perfect location to start off your skiing, hiking, and mountain adventures, you have easy access to many activities this area has to offer.
The Space:
This 4500 square foot home is the relaxing getaway you've been waiting for. As you walk through the front door, head up the small flight of stairs to the main floor where you will have access to the family room, kitchen, dining area, two outdoor decks, and two of the five bedrooms.
The main family room has a comfortable sofa with seating for up to 10 where you can unwind for the night while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Grab a cup of hot cocoa and cozy up with your loved ones next to the indoor gas fireplace. If you would like to step outside for fresh air, the outdoor deck through the family room features magnificent views of the Breckenridge valley with seating for up to 8.
The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island prep counter, with built in wine cooler, has everything you need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner in our large dining area with seating for up to 10; should you need additional seating, there is a breakfast nook with 4 chairs. Through the kitchen, you will have access to the second outdoor patio that features a private hot tub, grill, firepit and seating for 2.
The master bedroom on the main floor boasts a comfortable king-size bed, indoor gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, spacious walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite Jack and Jill bathroom that opens up to the main area.
As you head to the lower level of the home, you will see a second family room with comfortable sofa seating for up to 7, a cozy indoor gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a foosball table. The bedroom furthest from the stairs features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bunk room with two comfortable twin over twin size beds and double over double size beds, plus the bedroom across the hall with a lovely queen size bed, share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located in the hallway.
The 2 car heated garage and washer/dryer combo are accessed from the lower level of the house.

Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patios, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to the parking garage for up to 2 cars and an additional 2 spots in the driveway.

The home is located in the Highlands neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for nearby hiking, biking, and walking trails. The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends looking to relax but still close enough to historic downtown. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 10-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
The Breckenridge historic district is within a short 10-minute drive, with plenty of parking options near the BreckConnect Gondola. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.
Please be aware that the HOA prohibits parking trailers in the driveways of homes in the Highlands.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
