The Space:
This stunning hotel boasts 32-story high-rise, guests can enjoy stunning views and a range of amenities. The swimming pool, rooftop hot tub, and fitness center are perfect for relaxation and staying active during your stay. The game room, movie theater, and concierge services offer additional entertainment and convenience.
Conveniently located overlooking the Atlantic City Boardwalk, guests have easy access to explore the casinos, amusement piers, restaurants, and shops in the area. It's great to have a variety of attractions and dining options nearby.

The master suite has a king bed (Varies) with a bathroom that has a jetted tub (most). The second bedroom has two double beds (varies). The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests! The condo has a full kitchen and dining area to meet all your culinary needs!

Pool Renovations: the closure will take place from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024. During this time, there may be noise between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the renovation takes place. Additionally, guests may encounter dust, odors, and work crews onsite. It's worth noting that the dates are subject to change, so it's advisable to check with the resort closer to your intended stay.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Smoking in all rooms and on room balconies is strictly prohibited. Designated Smoking Sections are located in outdoor common areas of the Resort.

The resort offers self-parking for a flat rate of $15.00 per day. Due to limited parking, only one space per unit. An overflow parking lot is located adjacent to the resort that is used when the resort's garage is full and for larger vehicles. A parking pass is required. Electric vehicle charging stations are available for guest use. The current rate for use is $.25 per kilowatt hour.

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
