Very well maintained, very clean, very nice beach view condo! This is in C building and the pool is in between A and B condo, but still not a bad walk to the pool area! The ground and all buildings were kept very clean. Can’t say anything bad about the Condo! The beach was more Shelly than what we are used too, but still I nice area! Would definitely recommend this nicely furnished condo, all beach accessories were included, which made it so much nicer!

Our vacation was wonderfully relaxing and the Keiths were conscientious hosts. They lived up to their commitment to make things as welcoming, smooth, and relaxing as possible. The condo was appropriately furnished and tastefully decorated and clean. The view from the condo was amazing, overlooking the Gulf with many gorgeous sunsets viewed from the balcony! We would have no hesitation to book our stay there again in the future!

Amazing hosts who have created a beautiful beachfront getaway! Their attention to detail and gorgeous accommodations made us feel right at home. The Hawaiian coffee, the high end Florida decor, the spectacular views…we felt right at home. Hated to leave!

One of the best views we have ever seen, the beaches were not overly crowded. The only thing was the washing machine and dryer were on the first floor and you had to pay to do your laundry, other than that it was one of the best experiences ever

Exactly as described! Traveling for work and this was not only the perfect location but the perfect view! Sunsets were beautiful every night! Communication with hosts was not needed but they did check in after a day or so! Will definitely book again when in the area :) Also thank you for the thoughtful ornament! It was such a nice thing to do!

Our host Phil was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo had all amenities that we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing from every area of the condo! On the cooler evenings, we enjoyed the games provided. I highly recommended this condo for a 2 person stay!

The Perfect Beachfront Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location couldn’t have been better—directly on the beach with stunning views and the most incredible sunsets. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We spent our days walking the quiet shoreline and soaking up the peace and beauty of the area. Right next to the condo was a small protected bird habitat, and each morning we’d stroll behind it to quietly watch the birds having their breakfast—a peaceful and special part of our routine. Philip, our host, was incredibly gracious and responsive—always available for any questions and made sure we felt right at home. We highly recommend this spot and would absolutely!

The view was amazing, the property just as described and as you see in the pics, and Phil was a great host, incredibly responsive and helpful with info. We can't say enough about his responsiveness to questions and wanting our stay to be perfect! The unit was well stocked with anything we needed - comfortable furniture, pots, pans, dishes, cooking essentials, games, beach gear, even a bottle of aloe lotion in the bathroom for after a (too) long day in the sun! In the off-season (June 2026), the beach was quiet and peaceful. The north end of the island offered all of the hustle and bustle when we wanted to go out. We enjoyed Junkanoo, Doc Fords and Snug Harbor (mmmm, fresh grouper) on the nights we went out. We highly recommend this property and would definitely go back!
