Cozy 2 Bedrooms located at the center of Shinjuku.
One room includes 2 single beds and the other includes 2 double beds. 40+ in TV and a sofabed at livingroom.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

I have to say we loved the location. Right in the hear of Korea Town, we enjoyed great food, and we didn't have to walk far. Spaces are much smaller in Japan than we're used to, and this unit was tight. We got used to it though, and enjoyed our time here. The street the unit is on is quite tight, and cabs might not be able to drive down it, so be prepared to be dropped off on the main street, and walk a short walk. I probably would have been intimidated by that on our arrival, but once we got there it was no issue. Luckily our first cab pulled in their side mirrors so he could squeeze through street, and dropped us off right at the front of the building.Short walk to the train, very close to shopping, and comfortable single story unit. We'd stay here again!

Classic Tokyo bolt hole. Everything you need in one of the most dynamic quarters of the city. Don’t expect a mansion because it’s Tokyo, and you’ll need to get creative with suitcases etc, but we enjoyed this safe little nook in the big city. Owner super responsive and allowed us to leave luggage after checkout ahead of our flight, which was much appreciated.

Great location, easy access to subway station and lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby, however the apartment is still quiet. Just a little short on cooking utensil and dining ware, we didn't cook though.

Great stay!

Great location, good size (for Japan), clean, stocked with essentials, air conditioning was great. Beds were hard. Host communicated great before our stay, but didn’t respond once in country. Would stay again.

Excellente localisation. En plein de la quartier coréen et à quelques minutes de Kabukicho (Shinjuku).Par contre on a trouvé beaucoup de poussières dans les tiroirs. Il y a également beaucoup d'humidité dans l'appartement même en aérant tout le temps et très peu de lumière.

Good place to stay

Close to transport, plenty of food options and 7-11s or similiar. Very quiet apartment with good sized fridge/freezer & washer and drying room (very helpful with 3 teenagers). Would have rated 5 stars if sofa bed a bit more comfortable and/or some more cooking utensils/pans. Shower was good for the 4 of us. Very comprehensive online owners manual provided which was useful.

Confort, correct, emplacement, génial, un petit bémol sur le chauffage de la salle de bain, manquant et le nettoyage, un peu léger. Malgré tout une super expérience en famille.

Shin-Okubo gem

Really enjoyed this stay - great location if you’re looking for something a little quieter, but close to all the action. About 70 from Shin Okubo station, and everything as sdescribed in the listing. We had a couple of minor issues on arrival that were resolved very quickly by a very attentive host. Would stay again.

Third trip to Tokyp

We had a great time. The location of our rental was close to the JY line and convenient to many, many dining options. It was very quiet at night. Nice to have a kitchen too.
