Wonderful Location & comfortable

Super easy to get around from Hampton Bays, South Hampton and Sag Harbor… such a comfortable and quiet place to stay. We highly recommend this property.

Unhappy Hampton Go-ers!

Our Hamptons stay was interesting to say the least. We walked in a house that was dirty and was certainly not ready for us to stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner’s wife who was very nice, but informed us there are people living in the basement (Including a cat that walks around). After we walked in, the AC upstairs did not work. The wife came back to make repairs with her son, but unfortunately they couldn’t get anyone to fix it. Next, the pool was dirty and filled with sand, (later cleaned by the “pool boy”) the sheets were not cleaned (sweat stains on the pillowcases) and garbages were filled from previous bachelorette party. We made the most of our stay, but we were disappointed with how unsanitary things were. We texted the owner asking for a partial refund, but she felt that the house was well kept. Additionally, they were nice when asked to send back our silverware we left. We were told her husband would call us, but he never did. Overall, just beware before booking. The house could be so nice! Best of luck out there!!!

Great property and hosts

My family (wife and two teenage children) had a great stay at this property! The house is located in a quiet area down a private driveway. It is close to town with shops and King Kullen. It's a very short drive to the peaceful bay beach and also close to West Hampton Beach. We spent most of our time in the large pool and deck grilling our meals. The pool was very clean, the yard was larger than expected, the house was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. In addition, Edward and his wife are very nice and were very responsive. We definitely would recommend!

LOVED!

The pictures do not even capture how big and beautiful this house is. My friends and I stayed for the weekend and we were ABSOLUTELY in LOVE with the house. Everything was clean and organized. The pool was amazing and the area was nice and quiet. If I come back to the Hamptons again, I would definitely book this place first. Thank you for giving us amazing memories!

Beautiful Home in Hampton Bay

Excellent communication with the owner prior to our arrival. He gave us some restaurants in the area to try which were great. The pool was perfect for the three teenagers and the deck was quiet for the adults to enjoys some company. Would recommend and would stay here again in the future.
