Welcome to My Island Paradise, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-level vacation home tucked away in the heart of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island! The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and ample counter space for preparing group meals. Gather around the indoor dining table or head outside to the tropical patio for al fresco dinners by the pool.

The sleeping arrangements are perfect for families or groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A shared hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer are also available for guest use, making longer stays even more comfortable.

Great location, very clean and perfect set up for us and our adult children. Less than 1 mile walk to Pine Street area with shops and restaurants and trolly system very good. Appreciated beach wagon and chairs and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.

My husband and I spent a week at this property and loved it. We enjoyed the pool everyday. We texted the host regarding whether there was a scheduled cleaning as the bottom was covered in sand and shells, it seemed like the previous guests didn't wash off in the outside shower after returning from the beach. We also called to have water added to the pool. It took a few days for the pool guy to show up but we still used the pool. The beach was a block away and the trolley stop was close by as well so the location was perfect. The beds and the couches were comfortable and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The location has great beach access but is driving distance to town. Pool lighting didn’t work, wasnt that great but having a pool was nice at the end of a beach day or in the evening. The attached neighbors lighting seemed much brighter. Our one issue was the dishes were not clean so didn’t trust to use them without washing them first.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the beach access and having the pool to come back to after a day in the sun that’s always a nice way to wind down. We’re sorry about the dishes not being fully clean. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we’ve already followed up with our cleaning team to reinforce checks on items coming out of the dishwasher and inside cabinets. We’re also rolling out additional quality standards to help prevent this moving forward. Regarding the pool lighting, we didn’t see any prior reports, but we’ll have a technician take a look to make sure everything is working as it should. Perfectly Paradise!

This property was so amazing and convenient to shopping and the beach. We had everything we needed inside and out and the pool was fantastic and the perfect temp morning noon and night. Would highly recommend a stay at this location. Will definitely look to book this property again in the future.

Great Location!

Excellent Location

Amazing location close to the beach. Property was quite and clean. I would recommend renting a golf cart, umbrella and additional beach chairs.

Restful stay.

After a stressful year for us and my elderly parents, we had an excellent, restful stay in this adorable cottage. Sunset walks every evening. Dinners out to all the great restaurants and shopping in cute boutiques. Loved our stay and will definitely come back to AMI.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great spring break here! The house was a perfect location and had everything we needed. Very short walk to beach access and close to shops as well! Pool was great size for a family and temperature was perfect! Check in super easy and property manage was quick to respond to the few questions we had! We can’t wait to come back!

The home was clean, nicely updated, the furniture was comfortable and was well stocked. The private heated pool was great for a quick dip and to sit around at night. It was a quick stroll to the beautiful beach. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. The bedrooms were a bit on the small side but adequate. I would recommend more beach chairs. There were only two and for larger groups more would be better. Thank you for sharing your home.

My family stayed at this property in May

My family stayed at this property in May for our first time in AMI. We absolutely loved it. Even though we had a rainy week we still had a blast: the house was so clean and the pool area was beautiful. Ashley was so helpful throughout our stay. To end the great trip I even got engaged on the beach! Can’t wait to stay again

Perfect family vacation

The property was perfect!! Across the street is beach access, which is perfect for relaxing or just watching a sunset. We rented a car but the trolley pick-up is right across the street. Quiet neighborhood and a nice walk to many shops and restaurants. We loved the heated pool and the home was comfortable and clean. We will book again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. From the booking to the last day, the property manager, Lisa was so helpful and very quick to respond to any requests or questions. The unit is clean and well appointed. Our only complaint is that the pool filter is very loud. That made sitting poolside a little less relaxing. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and easily walkable to the shops and restaurants.

Amazing location...close to Beach and shops. Great neighbourhood. Our family rang in 2019 on the Island and can't say enough about it. Have wanted to return since the moment we left. Lisa Coba and her team at AMI locals were incredible whenever we needed anything. Will most certainly be back again....highly recommended by the "Dunlops" of Muskoka Ontario.

Great location. Cute place.

Excellent location to the beach and friends staying on AMI. For first timers to the island, it was quite enjoyable. The house is comfortable, well decorated, and clean. The only disappointment is it was not equipped with some basic necessities that we had to find almost immediately...toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and sponge, salt and pepper, etc. Despite that, we would definitely return.

Hi Tiffany — Thank you for the review. I am glad you enjoyed your first visit to Anna Maria Island, and am happy the villa worked out well for you and your family! As mentioned during your stay, we provide a starter kit of basic supplies upon your arrival, and then ask that the guests purchase additional items to meet their needs. Our starter kit includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom sink, 1 3oz bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, and 1 trash bag per trash can. I apologize if this was a miscommunication. However, I hope you felt my responsiveness to your requests and effort to find resolution during your stay was adequate. That being said, unfortunately we cannot provide pantry items (such as salt and pepper) as we cannot ensure with 100% certainty that they are safe for the next guests because they’ve been opened. This is our policy to protect our guests, and we do not keep any opened goods left in the unit after a guests departure. I hope this provides some further explanation, and I welcome the opportunity to host you and your family again anytime. I appreciate your feedback – we will use it to improve. Our stay at My Island Paradise

We enjoyed our week at My Island Paradise. Our family has been vacationing at Anna Maria Island for many years and we were blessed this year with good weather and the calm ocean. The house worked well for our family of adults, location was good with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. If we were to have any complaints, the kitchenware could use some updating. We cooked most of our meals and our eggs stuck to the pans every morning, some of the pots did it have matching lids and it was difficult to blend fruit in the blender for smoothies. We didn’t use the pool much as the sun heated it up during the day and it was to hot to sit in. Overall, we had a great time this year and will definitely be returning to this beautiful island.

The house is nice but has serious issues

The house is nice but has major electrical issues that need to be addressed. Everyday we had to reset the breaker box at least once. Also we called and asked for blankets and towels and never received them so I had to buy some. The property management was non existent once we checked in.

Fine property but some issues

We have stayed at various properties on Anna Maria Island and all have been fine. The property itself was fine but the property management company could have been better. With these reservations there is usually a cleaning fee. We found dried pasta, Cheerios and chips around the pool. It wasn’t excessive, but enough to wonder if there was a thorough cleaning process of all the areas. We called and they said they would send somebody over, but when we returned from the beach, still dirty so we picked it up ourselves. One of the breakers tripped in the family room area and we called. This was around 5 pm so they told us no one available until the morning. They told us to use the TV and hang out in the other rooms. These were minor annoyances and we still made do, but with the increased prices they charge during spring break, I would have expected better service from AMI locals.

Lovely Property, Poor Management

The rental property was beautiful and the location was perfect! Our only complaint is that the property management never fixed our dryer or offered any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. We we're on a two week vacation. The first week was spent at Disneyland and then to Anna Marie Island. Since the rental property had a washer and dryer, we packed lite planning to wash our clothes when we got to the island. Property management was informed immediately that the dryer wasn't working. Maintenance was sent out, but unable to fix the problem. We were told they needed to ask the owner of the property if they could replace the broken part. When asked for updates we were told they would get back with us when they had an answer. It is now a week and a half since our departure and management still has not offered any form off compensation for the inconvenience of having to dry our clothes on the back patio because a listed amenity is not working.

Great house and location

We just returned from our stay and had a great trip. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Fantastic location less than a block from the beach. Unfortunately the pool was really to warm to use unless you used it as a hot tub 😂 but I guess that can’t be helped as it’s shallow and gets hot from the summer sun. We did sneak a swim in one evening after it rained as it cooled down enough to be enjoyable. We noticed the fan in one bedroom wasn’t working and texted AMI about it. They responded immediately and sent over the nicest maintenance guy to fix it. He was great and accommodating. They were really prompt and made sure we had everything we needed. I’d rent from them again for sure! My only suggestion for the house would be that it needs some rugs and a small vacuum or stick vac. The whole house is tile and hardwood and there was ALWAYS sand no matter what or how much we swept. Felt gross if you were walking barefoot and you’d track sand into your bed. Rugs would definitely help- at least at the doors and by each bed. A small stick vac would make it easier to clean up the sand than a broom. The furnishings and decorations were nice and the house was in great condition. The bedrooms are pretty small but you’re not spending time in those much so it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was great for us and we are happy with our stay and experience. Thank you AMI Locals!

Perfect stay

Perfect location for a perfect vacation. The house was just as advertised and the trolly and beach were really close. The kids loved playing in the pool and the house was really clean. Highly recommend!
