The spacious open living area features a cozy stone fireplace, perfect for unwinding. The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, ready for you to prepare everything from quick snacks to family dinners at the dining table with seating for eight.
This home is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring:

🌟HOUSE RULES🌟

👴 Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years
👥 Maximum capacity – 8 persons
🆔 Valid ID to be provided for verification required at booking
📝 Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
💳 Security deposit of 300$ will be on hold on credit card 2 days prior to check in and released 5 days after check out
🚫 No open fire or fire pits in the house or in the neighborhood
🗝️ Check in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am
🚗 Only 2 cars can be parked
🗑️ Trash disposal in the bins provided
🚫 No parties or events are allowed
🚭 No smoking or illegal drug use
🕚 Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am
🐕 Only one dog less than 50 lbs allowed with pet fee of $100. (No other pets are allowed.)
📝 Pets must be listed in booking
📋 Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles are required at the time of booking
🐕Review and follow pet policy during the stay
🎆 No fireworks are allowed in the house or outside in the neighborhood
🚫 No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter use allowed in the house
💰 Charge of $25 per hour for early check-in and/or late check-out, allowed only when there are no other check-ins or check-outs on that day
📡 No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming allowed

🌟HOT TUB RULES 🌟

🧍 Maximum of 6 persons.
🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.
🚫 No jumping or diving.
🥂 No glassware around the hot tub.
🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.
🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
