Amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, dedicated workspace, free indoor laundry, & bikes/games/beach chairs. Walk or bike to nearby Gulf Gate restaurants and shopping!

Guests may enjoy use of bikes, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and sand toys for the kiddos. Additional amenities include BBQ grill, large covered lanai, and Adirondack chairs around an AMAZING fire pit! Perfect for weekend getaway or an extended stay!

The house is located just 2.6 miles from Siesta Beach Access #12 which is Crescent Beach. Distance to Siesta Key Public Beach is 4 miles. Short drive to multiple Publix grocery stores, Walgreens, Costco Shopping, and AMC movie theaters.

You will have access to the entire house and fully fenced/private backyard. There's room for 2 cars to park overnight on the driveway.
