Welcome to Sunset Dreams Too! - Just steps away from one of my personal favorite beach spots (Rick Seltzer Park). Enjoy pulling right up to your door and staying in a quiet residential neighborhood, while still only being two blocks from the sandy beaches of PCB!
The Lower Lagoon of the east end of PCB is a hidden locals secret. Enjoy the beach on one side and the bay on the other side with 3 separate public boat ramps. Also most of the towns best local restaurants and attractions are on this side. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, but still just a stones throw away from the beach!
You'll enjoy the comfort of this well-decorated, modern yet beachy, one bedroom, one bathroom townhome.
The home is furnished with a brand new comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom. There is also a queen pull out sofa with a brand new memory foam mattress. The optimal amount of guests would be 2 people. But we can definitely fit up to 4 if you're willing to pull out the sleeper sofa!
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a nice 65" flat-screen Roku tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends. There are bar stools and a small table to hang out at as well. There are beach towels, beach toys, and a boogie board tucked in the corner to provided for your awesome beach day!
In the master bedroom you'll find brand new comfortable bedding, an alarm clock that has a wireless charger for your smartphone (so you never have to worry about you forgot a charger), and another 55" flat-screen Roku tv. In the closet you'll find extra bedding, sheets, towels, and pillows.
Then finally when you step out to the back patio, you'll find a neat private hangout area with outdoor chairs and your own firepit!
**Responsible pet owners welcome, must acknowledge our pet house rules below if planning on bringing pets, our pet fee is $60.
This is a private unit in a duplex building with a shared center wall. You'll be staying on the right side "7314" unit. You will have the entire unit to yourself, and a private fenced back and side yard.
There is ample parking for two vehicles on the driveway.
You will access the unit via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.
*Unfortunately due to insurance purposes, at this time the fireplace inside the home is aesthetic only. The firepit outside is still available for use.
We feel transparency is very important and we want you to have an accurate portrayal of the listing before you arrive. Please feel free to contact me if there is anything I may have missed or anything else I can do to make your stay most enjoyable!
We welcome snowbirds! For longer term stays (3 weeks+), please reach out for consideration and special pricing!

3 - Septic System - The home is on a septic system, please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper and waste. That includes not flushing feminine products, "flushable" wipes, q-tips, etc. It will clog the system and cause major repairs.
4 - No smoking allowed - You may smoke outside if necessary, however please keep the doors closed and pick up after yourself. There will be an additional $200 fee for any smoke odors inside the home (they are very hard to get rid of).
5 - No unregistered guests allowed - This is a potential safety issue for us, as well as fire code violation, and the septic system is only sized for the quantity of approved guests. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
6 - Amenities - There is a starter pack of amenities provided for you including 2 of everything. Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper), paper towels, dish sponges, dishwashing packets, laundry detergent, extra trash bags. If you need more amenities or your stay is longer than a couple days, there is a Dollar General, Walmart Supercenter, Winn-Dixie, and Publix within 5 minute driving distance.
7 - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms - Please be respectful of the new bedding and keep from any potential spills.
8 - Please respect check-in and check-out times - Our cleaners count on accurate check in/ check out times to have the time to properly clean and prepare for your stay. It takes us the full period of time to properly prepare the home for your stay.
9 - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
10 - Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11 - Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave - helps with any potential unnecessary odors.
12 - No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
13 - For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
