Escape to this enchanting apartment in DownTown Cape Coral. Newly renovated and this cozy retreat offers a soothing ambiance that will make guests feel right at home. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with, tub, showers and hair dryers for added convenience. The living room features an additional space with a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxation. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the modern amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, heating, washing machine, and AC. Enjoy your time in Cape Coral at our awesome apartment.
This condo is equipped it with everything that is expected. Top devices, incl. Ice maker, Coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, Stove, Microwave, Washer and Drier, etc. Everything you need in a modern Condo!
The Apartment is located in Downtown Cape Coral, South Wast, Florida, it has its large pool, with a screen cage in the patio area that can be opened so that the fantastic view is not obscured.
Very well maintained, ideal for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a Queen-size bed and Twin bed, plus 2 bathrooms. Throughout the house there is free WIFI access and digital cable television. Has a parking assignment and 2 guess parking space.
The house is prepared for every guest, enough hand and bath towels are provided. A washing and drier machine are also available.
You will be met by an English, Spanish and Italian speaking Property Manager, who will show you everything and instruct you. Just bring your luggage and enjoy your vacation.

40 minutes to 'Ft. Myers International Airport. 5 minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Basin and Beach or 30 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach and the famous Sanibel Island.
So close to shopping opportunities, restaurants etc nearby! The nearest golf course is just around the corner. and only 10 minutes from Cape Harbor Marina that has life music, restaurants and shopping and Tarpon Point Marina, they are great location to enjoy the beautiful sunset!!!

Is very close to Downtown Cape Coral and all the Holidays celebration are around 10 to 15 minutes walking distance, great restaurants, bars, music, celebrations and 10 minutes in car to the 2 wonderful marinas with water access restaurants, boat rentals, dolphin cruises, life music and much more!!!
