Great house

The house had lots of space for multiple groups. Extremely clean. Close to a public pool and the hospital. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, cozy, modern & clean!

This home is beautiful! It is newly remodeled and the hosts were awesome, flexible and had amazing communication! The shower in the master bath was incredible! If we are Yakima again we will for sure stay here again.

Yakima weekend

It was tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Safe location.We had a volleyball tournament at Eisenhower HS and this was property was conveniently located to it.We had only one vehicle so parking wasn't an issue for us.

Best in Yakima.

House was great. Pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely go back when available. Best house we have rented in Yakima for 4 bedrooms and families. Love the floor plan. Great neighborhood.

Thanksgiving and birthday with family

Our family enjoyed the home. Inviting and comfortable. Fit 7 people for a thanksgiving meal and allowed a 14 and 17 yr old to be able to have their space. The host was very prompt with assisting us.

Superb

The house was centrally located for all of our needs and beautiful inside. The amenities were fantastic and communication with our host was effortless. Should the opportunity arise, we will definitely book with them again. Our friends were also impressed and they booked with them for an upcoming event.

We loved this property. The owners have completely overhauled the older home by finishing the basement with three bedrooms, a den, and a bathroom/laundry. The main floor has a large master bedroom with a huge closet/dressing room, and en-suite bathroom-with the largest shower I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. The kitchen and eating area were plenty large for our group of nine to cook and eat while trying to keep our teenagers fed! We would gladly rent again for our next lazy river inner tube adventure!!

Very clean and modern home

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this home, and it is a wonderful place for for families and friends to stay together. The home is very clean, and has modern decor which feels nice when you walk in. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms have plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We appreciated the little things like, coffee, tea, drinks and popcorn that was provided as a welcome. The communication was great with the renters, and they were very helpful. Highly recommend staying here when in Yakima as it is in a nice neighborhood and centrally located to everything.

We chose this neighborhood because it is located in central Yakima just a block from our hospital. It’s close to everything you need and such a cute and safe neighborhood!

Our property is a very old house that we completely remodeled with luxurious finishes, it’s practically a brand new house! Looks very small from the outside but you’ll be shocked to see how spacious it is!
