This1940’s farm house has a unique charm with an open kitchen concept and beautiful granite countertops. Amenities includes central air, heating , WiFi and Smart TV’s. Whatever your reason for visiting Yakima we welcome you! Come and gather with family or friends. This three bedroom two full bath home includes a laundry room, private back patio for bbq fireplace and a beautiful grassy outdoor area to enjoy the magnificent vineyard view of Mt. Adam’s,the union gap and downtown . This location is within minutes of the freeway access, The convention center,local breweries such as Bale breaker brewery the public house brewery, Provisions restaurant and many more local restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to a local e-bike rental shop and a short ride or drive to the greenway walking path!

My wife and I have been living in Yakima for about nine years. I grew up in Moxee and she is from Buenos Aires Argentina. We moved to Yakima for the Sunshine and all the fun activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer. We decided to become vacation rental hosts because we enjoy creating spaces for people to gather and relax. We hope you will visit our little paradise and enjoy it as much as we enjoyed preparing it. This is a premier neighborhood located minutes from the country club golf course. We have fine dining such as Provisions restaurant, Cowiche Canyon, and Crafted, just to name a few, breweries like Bale Breaker just down the road, wineries, and outdoor adventures all within short distances.
