Welcome to our gorgeous, completely renovated 1910 home!
Every inch of this charming house has been lovingly restored, updated, and decorated with unique antique pieces with just the right modern amenities. This charming house is situated in an amazing location - just a 5 minute drive to almost anywhere: downtown, Multi-Care Memorial hospital, PNWU, the freeway, SOZO, wineries, restaurants, and more!
We can't wait to host you & share our love of this fantastic home & its old-world charm.

Plush beds and premium bedding appoint the three bedrooms. The main level boasts a king bed with en-suite bathroom, and the upstairs has a queen bed and two twin XL beds and another full bathroom. The home has been thoughtfully furnished with top end furniture and antiques along with perfect touches to make you feel at home. Our well-stocked kitchen invites you to cook or enjoy your favorite take-out. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and plenty of storage adorn the kitchen. Custom bathrooms have magnificent walk in showers. Read a book, play a game, put together a puzzle or sit back and relax with the 55” Smart TV In living room or 40” Smart TVs in all bedrooms.
BBQ, plenty of coffee and creamer, and game and puzzles provided!

We were high school sweethearts and have four children 20 years apart! Our family stays busy renovating homes, working full-time in non-profit and construction, and raising kiddos! This darling home is situated right on the perimeter of Yakima’s historic district where some of the most gorgeous homes in Yakima reside. This house is no exception. Close to parks, coffee shops, and downtown. You’re sure to love this beautiful neighborhood as much as we do.

This one of a kind home is an absolute labor of love. You’ll love the historic pictures and antiques throughout the home while enjoying all the modern updates. Full renovation included adding four dormers upstairs, creating room for two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Don’t miss out on the tin ceiling tiles rescued from one of Yakima’s oldest buildings. Everything about this home has been carefully thought out to create a relaxing and unique experience.
