This gorgeous unit, invite you to enjoy romantic evenings in a peacefully atmosfere relaxing on the chaise lounge, by the fireplace and 65inch TV. You have the opportunity to stay in a sparkling clean cozy house at an affordable price.
Back and relax in this glam, stylish space!

Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests.
Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night.
Infants under 2 years old stay free.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies.

Shops are definitely walkable but i wouldn’t call 2 miles “walkable” to Downtown Gainesville. That implies a couple blocks definitely less than 1 mile

The property was very clean and attractive. The host was great at communicating before, during and after my stay. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants, but was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to major retailers.
