Whitetail Deer, Bird, & Black Bear hunting in proximity. Chest freezer available if needed.

Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, and Rafting in nearby lakes and rivers. Ice Fishing January through March at many local lakes.

ITS Snowmobile Access 1/2 mile from driveway. ATV trail access close by in Solon, Cornville, and Athens.

Easy drive to Sugarloaf and Big Moose Mountain Ski Resorts.

Hiking, Mountain Biking, and Scenic Trails within minutes of property.

A lot of wildlife.
Plenty of outdoor space around home for children to play.

BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor furniture, cornhole, and smokehouse available for use.

食器洗い機をセットする
使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく
私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す
消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける、鍵を返却する
Dispose of all household garbage, bottles, cans, in a tied bag and into dumpster in the driveway. Discard all perishable food items from refrigerator/freezer and cabinets.
Turn the heat back to 55 degrees in winter time.
Place garage door opener on kitchen counter. Close and lock windows and doors.

Day guests will be allowed but NO events. If excessive cleaning is necessary due to guests, an additional fee may be imposed.
Accurate amount of guests shall be disclosed at time of booking. Termination and removal from the property could occur if renter exceeds 8 guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was perfect for the family and my 78 year old mom who stayed in the downstairs bedroom. She sat on the back porch every morning to eat her breakfast watching for wildlife. She saw turkeys but no deer. I would stay here again and hope that we spend time in Maine again soon.

Peaceful location

The property was located in a peaceful wooded area. We enjoyed all the natural beauty surrounding us as we looked out the many windows downstairs. The house was roomy, comfortable, and well equipped, including lobster pots for us to have a proper Maine experience. My father-in-law needed a downstairs bedroom with his own bathroom and tub, so this property was perfect for that. Justin was very responsive when we had any inquiries. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for a peaceful place to connect with family.

quiet and satisfying

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean comfortable home for all ages. Plenty of linens. Kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking easy. Really nice outside grill! Washer and dryer work great.We Had a couple of minor glitches but the owner was easy to reach and they were ironed them out very quickly. Perfect place for a quiet large family vacation away for the city life.

Cozy, Comfy, Convenient

My family came up to visit family for the holidays. This home was very impressive!! The pictures do not do it justice. The owners have any and everything you need for a stay that truly makes it a home away from home. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again!!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Thank you for sharing your house with us. It was the first time in many years that I've had all my kids together for Thanksgiving and this year even more special, our first granddaughter. My sister and her family are building their second home in Solon and they joined us as her kitchen is not done. We will be renting again soon and recommend this property 100% to anyone! Felt like our home, it had everything we needed!

Peaceful House

House was very accommodating. Great sizes bedroom, large living area. Good sized yard. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Property manager was great and got back to me with the few questions I had.
