Welcome to this charming house in Bingham. Nestled in the heart of the town. This peaceful and welcoming retreat is the perfect escape for guests seeking tranquility. With 2 cozy bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed and a queen pull out couch and a twin folding bed. you'll find comfort and relaxation at every turn. The house boasts modern amenities like AC, WiFi, heating, and a washing machine/dryer ensuring a convenient stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Bingham and our house has to offer. Your dream vacation awaits! ATV/snowmobile access right from the house with rentals available at 201 powersports located in town (1.6 miles)Wyman lake is just a few miles up the road, home to great fishing, boating and more. House is available monthly at a discounted rate. Update: Please, be aware the entrance to the house is narrow. If you have a Large trailer feel free to message me for details.

Be mindful of bringing a large trailer to the property as the entrance to West St is tight. Also, the house is elevated above the higher of the road, which is a problem if you are towing a trailer longer than 20’ as it will drag pulling into the driveway. Hose is great! Very nice and very communicative. I only wish I had known ahead of time about the driveway. Don’t let it deter you, just be mindful,

Very clean and comfortable, right in town, , tight alleyway entrance. We rode SxS wheelers right from the property and had a great time. Will do it again.

Great Little Spot

Nice property just off the main road. The road back to the house is a little bit of a tight squeeze but doable with a trailer.

Great place for a rafting getaway!

This spot was just as advertised. Clean, great grill, and close to all the rafting outfitters in the area. If youre coming for that purpose, I'd definitely recommend!

Property is beautiful and clean. This is a great location for accessibility for things to do in the area! We went white water rafting and hiking in Houston Falls. Also super close to ATV trails and Boat launch. I'll be bringing my kayak back with us next time! Thanks again for our accomodations.

We loved this place! Perfect for ATVing. Worked well for our special needs son. We rode during the day and enjoyed the back de ck and camp fire in the evening. Highly recommend. Sam was very responsive and helpful.

My son and I recently took a trip up to Bingham, Maine to enjoy an end of summer UTV riding trip, the trail system is massive, and a lot of fun.The rental house was a perfect location to stay, use as a base camp, with easy access to the trails.The house itself was great! Everything was super clean, updated, easy to use. You can tell there was genuine interest with how the house was set up, paying attention to the details, even the little things.If our travels take us up to the area again, which is likely, we will definitely look to stay here again.

We rented this house to go snowmobiling in the area.

Our host was AMAZING from start to finish. Folks you cannot beat the location and quality For the price. This house was absolutely perfect for my wife and 2 grandsons and I. We had a 2 bedroom full kitchen quiet neighborhood. Close to everything for an amazing price.Well worth the money will go back. Ty Sir:)

Finding the house took some scouting. The Alley was not marked. Once we got to the house. we were surprised how quiet it was. Loved the hardwood floors. Only More dishes would have been nice. Place settings for 4 when we had 5.
